I certainly understand about some people who cause problems no matter what you do. I really have only had trouble with one on Find A Grave. I was trying to help and he thought I was intruding. Oh, well. The person with Adam's memorial is probably related to the Vollmer's. Back in the old days, with so many dying in childbirth or shortly after, the families really got mixed up. I am still trying to figure everything out. My sister has a coffee grinder that belonged to Graham, left by my grandmother, and I have some of the newspaper clippings about the tornado. I wish grandma had written down more about her life in Kansas and family.

Elsie, I did not know it is you I was sending the message to. There is nobody left in the family and I only know a bit of information left by my grandmother. She talked about Grace & Adam and the boys, but when you are young you don't remember a lot. Thanks for all you do to keep the Raudebaugh/Hetrick/Henricks/etc. info from being lost.

The above referenced memorial belongs to my great grandfather. Could you please connect to his wife Catherine Drew Marley Find A Grave# 49134075? When they became infirm in their 80s, different children took them in to live with them. Catherine lived with their daughter, Alice Marley Nelson, in Lenora, Norton, KS. William Henry Marley lived with their son William Melvin Marley and his wife Belle in Coldwater, Comanche County, KS, from whose house he died and was buried.
I have proofs of relationships, if you need them. Thank you for your help. I appreciate it.

Hi. My mother's page shows a bookmark from you with the note that she is part of your family tree. I'm interested in learning more. She is connected to the Cornelius Atkinson family (Ohio) and his son (also Cornelius) who moved to Kansas. The son, settled in Morris County, Kansas (near Latimer/Clark's Creek/Council Grove) and were the first settlers in the Clark's Creek area. I have other information, if you're interested. Take care - Beth Gillmer

I had stopped by the City Hall and told that the person who had been in charge of the cemetery is no longer doing it. I will get ahold of my sister who lives in Newberg and ask her to check into where the cemetery records are kept. Anyway, I did see where she is buried, just not her actual grave because there were quite a few and i overlooked it. I don't know when I will get back there, so I will let my sister take care of it since she is just a few miles from Sheridan. Thank you for replying. I have just recently retired.

I was at the Sheridan Masonic Cemetery today looking for Mattie and John Lee's memorial stone. I had been visiting my sister in Newberg and drove out to Sheridan. I looked over most of the cemetery and somehow missed seeing the Lee's memorial. Do you know which part of the cemetery their graves are located? If I go out there again I would like to find it.
