I've lived on a farm/ranch in northeast Colorado for 51 years. Before that, I was a city girl. My husband and I have three grown children and 7 grandchildren. I retired in 2007, and now spend every spare moment doing genealogy research online. Most of my ancestors were in VA, MO, NC, and PA. I am a member of DAR, always looking for Johnson, Kivett, Pyrtle, Stone, Spencer, Shelton, Gessley, McCart, McGinnis, Donovan, and Hunter surnames.|

Thank you for your prompt response and for clarifying this for me.

I have never moved a photo to another memorial, but I would imagine that you could:
Fnd the original memorial and add the photo from your photo stash; just as you added it to your memorial. Then go to your memorial and click the "Delete" in the upper right hand corner of your memorial.
I wonder if you could click on the photo and save it to your picture or document gallery. Then add it to the other memorial. Then, go back and delete your memorial.
Is all this clear as mud? Let me know if it works.

I bet someone found an obit for her in NE but she was actually sent to WI for burial - easy enough to do in February. We'll never know but thanks for your help.

I received a Find A Grave message saying that Mary's grave cannot be found. May I ask where you got the information to enter her in this cemetery? Mary Hudson Minshall, who died on the same date (it is on her tombstone) is Find A Grave #90184585. Various censuses have her born in Ireland, England or Wisconsin. Hopefully we can figure this out. Thanks for your help.

Thank you so much for taking the photo of their gravestone and attaching it to their memorials. I deeply appreciate it!
|Jean Jorgensen||Leona Blinde Kokes Fredericksen|
I just discovered a duplicate memorial for Leona Fredericksen. See: Yours - 73767395 and #44121412 by Dolores Hahn. Dolores created her memorial on Nov 09, 2009, so has the earlier entry; your is Jul 22, 2011.
If you could add your wonderful photograph of Leona and John Kokes headstone to Dolores' memorial, it would complete the memorial for Leona; then delete your memorial.
If you are related to Leona, you might check with Dolores and see if she is, also. If you are and she is not, she might be willing to transfer the memorial to you. If she is, and you are, you have found a cousin.
Thank you for attending to this matter. I will request the addition of William Fredericksen to Dolores' memorial.
It is so easy to duplicate memorials, especially - in this case - when the name is different.
Again, thank you.

Thank you for your continued interest in maintaining Martha's memorial page. I appreciate that you are willing to make any additions or corrections. I am attempting to compile a family history book and it is truly helpful to reference Find A Grave and share information.
Thank you. Jean

Are you still working with Find A Grave memorials? You have started a memorial for Martha Christensen of Busnell, Kimball Co., Nebraska (# 84284572).
Martha is the only sibling left, in the family I am working with, who is not connected with her parents. I have submitted corrections to her memorial page but they have not been accepted by you.
Just in case you don't know how to do this: go to your profile "messages" page and select the "Edits" file at the top of the page. Any edits (corrections and additions) to the memorial pages you manage, will be listed here. You can "accept" or "reject" the corrections.
I am trying to complete the entries for this family. If you don't mind, you could also transfer her memorial page to me for management. Martha is a Great Aunt of my husband; her brother, Peter, is my husband's grandfather.
