|Roger Gray||RE: Coward|
I dont know if James C Coward and Lydia Elizabeth Reynolds Coward are there but I am systematically trying to photograph the entire cemetery and over the next few weeks should know if they have headstones that are readable.
Death certificates and census records mainly. You can see the children in the 1880 Pickens census; and Florence came from her death certificate. I still can't find William Thompson Sr's death certificate, but per his WWI draft registration, he was born in the same place as his brother Robert Ellis (Strafford). Let's see, who else, oh, Carlotte Dill Hardin. Great death certificate with the full name of her father (which is how you have him posted). By the way, I neglected to note her nickname, "Lottie". Let me know if you have any questions in particular. There other children who have been edited.
Sorry, but I don't know anything about any Reynolds connection.

I have transferred Find A Grave Memorial# 46113504 back to you. I finally proved he was not "our Elias". I finally found our Elias in another TX cemetery! Thank you for your find a grave work.
|Little Lady||Arnold and Fleming Thomason|
The only information I have for Arnold is as follows:
I do not know where he is buried as of now. I am going to domore research on him to see if I can find this. I do know thefollowing:
born - 26 Dec 1766 in Richmond County, North Carolina
died - 1821 in Richmond County, North Carolina
His parents are:
Father: Richard Pollard Thomason
Mother: Elizabeth Atkins (Kittrell) Thomason
Frances Lucy (Dumas) Thomason
Daughter - Mary Lucy (Thomason) Dumas
He has a brother named Joseph Thomason.
Now in regards to your question about Fleming, I do not know
if he is the brother of Arnold or not. I have a source that I am
asking. I will see if I can find out for you.

You are welcome! Those I've posted today constitute all the large, flat slab markers in the cemetery. No more pondering what they all say!

Cedar Grove was not built until 1856. The congregation was split from Old Salem Lutheran Church. The Cemetery is still there and just around the corner. I searched there as well but can't find them.

The cemetery was so nice. They sent someone over to make sure it was not buried in the dirt.
|Tammy Sartin||RE: Thomasson|
If I find anymore in Kemper County I will photograph them for you.
