Most of the memorials I manage are in Rest-Haven Memorial Park. The cemetery has about 17,000 graves with just over 14,300 of them on Find-A-Grave. Rest-Haven has a mausoleum in addition to the cemetery. This cemetery has no upright gravestones, only flat ground level grave marker. The cemetery does not require that a grave be marked, so many graves have no markers.

If you wish to find a family member's burial location in Rest-Haven Memorial Park, phone 541 345-8521.

I will be happy to make additions or corrections to the memorials I manage. If you have a correction, extra information or want a transfer please use the edit tab on that individual's memorial. Please don't leave a "Public Message" when asking for edits or transfers.

I enjoy genealogical research and spend time enhancing memorials as time permits. My primary task is adding new memorials to help families find their family and friends.

William Johnson
Rebecca, I am researching David Louis Johnson, F/G # 127390979 who I believe is the son of William and 'Lulu' MNU.

David died in 1988 in Salem, OR.

If this is something you can assist me with, contact:

I see you have created many memorials so the chance of you being related is not very high. Thank you for what you do.

Picture addition
Hey, I was going through the site and. I came across a memorial for a cousins husband who you had taken a picture for but I guess his wife never got added into the database. Carl is 14614078 if you could add it to his wife as well that would be great

Hello Rebecca...I'm requesting permission to use the pics you added to the Murphy's laid to rest there, ie Charles Allen Murphy. They are "cousins" descended from Louise Allen Murphy, George Allen, Mary Amanda (Barton) Allen.

I have made some minor corrections per the marriage record you provided. However, the rest of the information was taken from his pension file at the National Archives in Washington, DC. Therefore the birth date listed is probably correct. I have found from review of lots of records that birth dates in census reports can vary a lot from census to census and a four year difference is not unusual.

Re: John McKy
Thanks for letting me know, didn't realize the mistake. I have removed it & sent a suggest a correction for it to be added to his son John M McKy.

Thanks for alerting me to the duplicate. It is unfortunate that both the originator who duplicated the first memorial and the person to whom it was transferred to chose to ignore the original AND your alert that theirs was a duplicate. But, since the current manager cannot delete it as they did not create it, it would have to be transferred back and then deleted. It just seemed easier to delete my original than to try to get two people to cooperate. Very irritating as the original was more complete. It looks like they weren't going to do anything anyway. Thanks again for trying. Sigh. ~ Jan
