Death Certificates
If you are going to add death certificates you might add them in a format where they can be enlarged enough to clearly read the information on them.

Thompson, Gristwood history
Does anyone know who George W Thompson really is? His birthdate I cant seem to find or where he was born? Cant seem to find a marriage for his wife Louisa A Nodyne. Either. But she was married to a Simeon W Gristwood from Lowell, Michigan. Are these the 2 same people I'm wondering? I know they were the 1st settlers in fenwick, MI. Charles Thompson is my great grandfather.

Edward H Thompson
The # 80401214 is wrong, I think? I have his parents as Louisa Nodine and George W Thompson. It says a JACK Thompson is the father? Is this true or not? Charles James Thompson is my great grandfather. From Fenwick, MI

Moses W. Merithew #7195700o
It would appear the younger Moses was born the year his father died. Thanks again! ~ b

RE: East Side Cemetery - Merithew
Thank you Bonnie, this appears to be the person I was looking for - the dates are a good match and i know he was in Ionia County in 1870. Thanks for the help! ~ Barb

Moses Wisner Merithew - the elder
Bonnie, I am searching for a Moses Wisner Merithew who was born in 1827, in New York, who was married to an Ann. Most likely this would be the father of the gentleman of the same name with a birth date of 1871. I find the elder M. W. in the 1870 US Census in Ionia, but he seems to be absent from the 1880 US Census. Is he perhaps interred with the rest of the Merithews in North Plains Cemetery?
I am searching to aid a descendant of Moses' younger brother William H. Merithew. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you,
Barbara Frye

RE: Novinger
I was asking about Hiram Cudney and you say you have no relation that you know of? It's on my paternal line. I was just checking. Thanks though.

You titled your response Novinger - are you related to that side? roswald d Novinger On my maternal line. My great grandmother was a Novinger. She married a Taubitz. Are you related there?

Thanks very much, Michelle
