As a local historian of Jefferson Hills, PA, I did some research (part of which was to send for a Pa Death Certificate) on the Spanish American War veteran Charles Jester who is buried at Lobbs Run Cemetery. As a result, I feel confident that the additions I am suggesting today are accurate. Thanks creating his memorial and for your patience in getting the information correct for this local military veteran. Deb :-)
