Dear Cheryl and Denise,
My condolences to you and your family for the loss of your loving mother.
The memorial she created for Lt John Frederick Effinger, # 16581776, shows just how much love, attention and effort your mom obviously put into her many thousands of memorials. She obviously enjoyed her part in not only creating the memorials, but sharing some of each person's life through her research and inclusion in their biographys, as I do.
Thank you for sharing photos of your mom with the rest of us.
May you always know that your mom's legacy will live on through her fine memorials, and in the wonderful children she obviously has.
Always, in Find-A-Grave brother/sisterhood,

I'm sure that you will note the fact that the headstone reads H "Dipperman". this may be an error but in any case the is the only possibility at Oak Hill Memorial Park, San Jose, CA.

Thanks for letting us know about your mother. My condolences on her loss. I have contacted Find A Grave three times in the last 15 months about transferring the management of my 3rd g-gf, Abraham Walker Memorial# 13563655 to me, but have had no response or action. I'm hoping someday they'll catch up on the backlog. Meanwhile, I'm appreciative that your mom had him up there for me to find, and that you posted such a lovely memorial to her. I just stumbled on a picture that your Mom had added on a Hiram Knuppenburg Find A Grave number 17796081. He and his wife were parents to my grandmother's Stepmother Alice(confusing, I know). I was curious to see if this was a relative of Bev's and if we might be step cousins or something.. I was so sorry to find that she was listed as a fallen graver; but I am glad to see that you got to share her passion of walking the trails of the ancestors. I wish there was someone in my family with that I could do the same. If you still have all of her info; it must be quite a lot--By any chance, did you ever hear her say anything about the Henderson Cemetery where Hiram was buried? There appears to only be 2 people listed?? I'm sure she had lots of tales to tell...Thanks for your time, and the continuing of your Mom's work. Edna King, Virginia Beach,VA

My sympathies to you. The loss of a parent is a life changing occurrence. I have contacted Find A Grave to request transfers of some Civil War soldiers. Your Mom created a memorial for my 2 great grandfather (Civil War vet.) Her work will continue to be appreciated for years to come.

I would like to request that you transfer the memorial for Pvt. Abraham B. Lantz (17233688)to me, Leon R. Armentrout (47671874). He was my great-grandfather. I wrote the biography for him that appears in the memorial.

Cheryl Seslar (#46783887) I am requesting you to transfer my 3rd great grandfather to me. I am sorry to hear of loss of your mother 2 years ago...sorry this request so late but just found out my addition was a duplicate. Thank you!

First, let me express my condolences for your loss.
Second, allow me to express my thanks for all the work your mother did. Without question, she add many memorials which would not otherwise ever have been added. Her contributions were invaluable to many, many people.
