Charles Arabelle and Ernest Leach
You are more than welcome. It was a beautiful day to take photos. Just so you are aware. I also got a picture of Ernest Leach (their son), Ernest's wife, and her parents markers. [Just finished making auto edits to connect this family together.] Please see the caption with Arabelle's photo with monument and Charles marker. You can see their son's marker in that photo. It is across the road and next to the cornfield.

Lindenwood, Kuhns and Schwarz
I was in the office at Lindenwood yesterday and was looking through their books. I did not find any Kuhns and the only Schwarz was a Charles Edward who died Nov. 7, 1930 at the age of 11y 9m 26d. You may want to call them to have them double check their other books. I would have done that but they have asked me not to bother them anymore. 260-432-4542 Good Luck, Barb

RE: George W Hughes
You're very welcome. George and Anna's monument has fallen completely back and is under a bush.

Bill very sorry I didn't know you had answered. I'm sending you a link of the Aldridge family. Marc is Marquis De Lafayette. I am related also thru Robert Aldridge as his second wife was Eliza Delawder. Link.

RE: William McDonnell
No, he was born in 1883, well after the end of the war.

If I can, I'll try to stop by Evergreen and ask if they have an interment record for him. While their online records are pretty good, they're not 100%. Can't seem to find any info of him on, either.

What info do you have about him? Any birth/death places or dates?

George Hughes Memorial # 150274908
I'm in the process of taking pictures of all monuments in the Mt. Tabor Cemetery in Chillicothe, OH. Many aren't readable so I'm going to try and rub the monuments with wax and paper. :Hopefully I'll find him.

RE: William McDonnell
Mentor is in Southern Campbell County, near the border with Pendleton County. It is right along the river, Route 8 runs thru it. It's easier to get to via Route 9 (AA Highway).

Grandview has excellent online records, there is no listing for William McDonnell. I simply listed it as an example that the information used by the memorial creator was inaccurate. There is a William McDonald (my cousin) buried there, but he's not who we're looking for.
