|Cheryl B. Nesmith||John Kirk II|
Yes, it says he was in the Revolutionary War, yet the site also says he was in the CSA. He died in 1850 so there is no way he could have served with the Confederacy. He probably had sons who served with the Confederacy. Thanks! Cheryl B. Nesmith

I'm curious if you know whether the marriage of William C (P) Hankins and Nancy produced, as the census seems to show, Sarah Hankins b abt 1874, and if she is Florence Sarah or perhaps Sarah Florence Hankins who married Milton Patterson? I descend through William's first marriage to Rebecca Hunt. Thanks Steve

|Hiesela||G W Adair|
Hello Meri.. since there is already a photo for G W Adair on the memorial page at Riverside Cemetery I just posted a family plot photo for him. If you click on the photo you can read who is buried where in that plot. The photo on the memorial page is the actual photo taken in Riverside Cemetery Iowa but if you look at the close up of the stone you will read it is engraved that he is actually buried in Smith Center Kansas. Hope this helps you. Have a great week!

Attempt to send email but wouldn't go through. Looking for any information you would be willing to share regarding Rebecca Rose who married John Albert Kirk. Rebecca is the daughter of Alexander Rose of Alleghany County, Virgini, oneof my great great grandfathers.
