James Shamblin, Mexia Cem.
Evening Dorothy,
I spent some time today at the Mexia Library, which has an extensive collection of genealogy info.
I couldn't locate him in their obit section nor in the newest book that was 15 years in the making.
I don't doubt that he is buried there, just no info to be found on the subject.
So here is what I found @ the cemetery.
Carol is buried beside Horace on the dividing line of Sec 13 & 14.
Beside Carol, is an adult male in an unmarked grave.
I am checking to see if U know the family personally and if so, is it possible that this grave is that of James Raymond Shamblin. ??
Waiting to hear back,
Later, James Coston

I have the other fotos that U requested, will post them shortly ...........

Dorothy, I wasn't questioning your photo, just confused as to how some people I was researching got listed with markers in two different cemeteries.

I have also found two at Joshua that there are no records for. Don't know what section they were buried in, but I have added them.

You are very welcome. Marguerite was a neighbor when I was a kid living in town. She lived 3 doors up the street.
