This is one of many hobbies. Though working two jobs I try to hit most of the local cemeteries in the tri state area. Though at the moment I am focusing on Holy Cross in Brooklyn, I will try to help with other cemeteries and upon request transfer current memeorial to families. I am taking photos of the requested and also taking pictures of other graves as I walk around the cemetery and up loading the photo and information from the marker. I don't have access to the burials in each plot that will be up You to make the request with the respective cemeteries.

The photo that you have for this number is difficult for me to read even when i click to enlarge. I believe this John is a great great great grandfather of sorts but i need to know what the other names on the stone say before i can be positive. Is there a way you can send me the original photo OR transcribe the names from that photo for me? Huge help!

RE: Rose Haggerty
Hi, the info you sent me was section c range 33. Grave 133 the photo you sent seems to be a standard photo with American flag.
This has caused great stress as I was making arrangements to have a headstone erected. Then my cousin daughter went to the graveyard when I gave her directions, only to find a family called Philip McLoone and his wife Mary have a headstone erected with the name Haggerty at the bottom of the stone. I did not expect this .

Thank you for all your hard work. Could you please transfer the memorials for my Aunt & Uncle, John and Elaine Moreno to me, #84945848 and 84945757. I would like them included in our family virtual cemetery. Thanks.

Thank you - Bagley
Thank you for the photo of the Bagley family memorial taken at Holy Cross Cemetery: it's for my 3rd great grandparents William and Elizabeth Bagley and their children. (I actually have many family buried at this cemetery and have yet to be able to travel over to pay my respects.) My cousin provided me with handwritten transcription many years ago of the Bagley headstone. At my local library in California of all places I recently found the family stone transcription was among many in the Heritage Books Inc.'s "Tombstones of the Irish Born Cemetery of the Holy Cross Flatbush, Brooklyn" by Joseph M. Silinonte. I just started to add family to Find A Grave and then wham there was the headstone photo you posted. Words can not express how happy I was and am to see this photo. Thank YOU so much!
