This is one of many hobbies. Though working two jobs I try to hit most of the local cemeteries in the tri state area. Though at the moment I am focusing on Holy Cross in Brooklyn, I will try to help with other cemeteries and upon request transfer current memeorial to families. I am taking photos of the requested and also taking pictures of other graves as I walk around the cemetery and up loading the photo and information from the marker. I don't have access to the burials in each plot that will be up You to make the request with the respective cemeteries.

Holy Cross Cemetery in Brooklyn

This is my great uncle's grave. He never married.I have been trying to find information about the date of his death for several years for my ancestry project. This was such a great find for me. Thank you.

Thanks for checking with the cemetery to be sure Horatio is buried in this plot, Anonymous. As you can imagine, I didn't find the information I was looking for but I truly appreciate your efforts.

Rev John Galvin photo

The strangest thing happened when I tried to open the photo on Ancestry. It opened showing a picture of the Calvary cemetery sign.

I can't figure how that happened? I can see it on my email from find a grave just fine. Very weird.

At least I can see it.

I'm so sorry but this photo doesn't match Margaret Redmond's dates or name and is instead a photo of her daughter & son-in-law's gravestone. Could you please delete this photo and I'll check to insure that Margaret is indeed buried at Holy Cross as I had been told. Then I'll make a new request with more specific details.

Thank you for your efforts!

I'm very sorry but the photo does not belong with John O'Shaughnessy, 1913-1865. This photo is for his parents' gravestone. Could you please remove the photo and I will check further to confirm that John is indeed buried at Holy Cross, then will make a new request.

Many thanks,
