RE: Find A Grave Changes
I also don't like that cemeteries aren't taken care of, especially abandoned one. Nebraska has a statute that requires the state to maintain them and I have given the statute to a friend of mine in the neighboring country to take to the county commissioners. A couple of the cemeteries didn't have signs so we asked one of our commissioners if it was alright if my husband would make one; he jumped at it because the county is suppose to make one for the abandoned cemeteries. I'm sure a lot of states have a statute, but people aren't aware of it and then don't know to talk to their commissioners. Two years ago we drove to Fairbanks, Alaska and we took pictures in every state and providence that we drove through. Very exciting for me. Keep up the GREAT job!!!!

RE: Find A Grave Changes
My hubby and I took pictures of all the stones/markers at Rose Mound Cemetery and they are all uploaded. My hubby tells everyone I'm a cheap date because we love to go cemetery hopping. I try to pick a cemetery where there are a lot of photo requests and no one seems to do them. Sometimes they are an hour away, but I guess when you're retired you can do these things. Thanks for approving edit.

Find A Grave Changes
A friend told me about this change a couple days after this was deployed. I have sent edit/s to you so I thought maybe you didn't know about it. You might want to pass it on to your friends. If I have sent this to you before, sorry, but I didn't see it on your profile page. thanks!!! ~Peggy

New "Automated" system for "Suggest a Correction/Submit an Edit"

******Please Note******
New System for Memorial Edits deployed by FindAGrave on 12/5/2013

Go to your Contributor/Profile page.
Look in the upper right corner. You should now see a tab called "Edits" - check there to see if any have been submitted to you. Then just review and accept.

Way easier for doing updates to names/dates/ places/plot #s/links to spouse/s and parents.

You still will get e-mails to add info to bio section.

RE: Daniel Frederick Christ
Hi Glenda..... the cemetery is in horrible condition. It appears no one is taking care of it and it will soon be overtaken by tall grass, weeds and rodent holes. The stones are severely weathered as well. I sure wish someone could step up and take care of those burial grounds.

Have a great week!

Thank you so much for the photos. I'll bet it pretty hot down there by now. If you ever need anything in Missouri, just let me know.
