Sorry about that, in my last message I had his middle name wrong. I am still related, my fingers just typed out the wrong middle name, having my James Baxter on my mind I accidentally wrote the wrong middle name for your great great grandfather.

I am his 1st cousin 4 times removed. His mother was my 3rd great aunt. Her brother James Baxter and Hannah Morrison are my 3rd great grandparents. That makes us distant cousins. So glad I found cousins on the Burns line.
Hugs to a new found cousin.

Hi you state you are a gr gr granddaughter of Joseph Graham. Are you descended from one of his two daughters who married into the Leasy family. I am descended from Joseph's brother, James Franklin Graham. I have traced this family for over 50 years and have 500+ pages of data. I would love to hear from you. Donna Ward

I responded to this message when I got it, but I don't think it went. I don't live in Arkansas (Fort Worth, TX) - we were there photographing the graves of family members in several cemeteries for our family tree. I try to put all photos on Find A Grave so others can see them. The name of the cemetery changed to Vaughan-Whitener several years ago so check under that name for any you may be looking for - I entered 100+ photos there. I am related in some way to almost everyone in this cemetery so we took a lot of pictures. Neither my husband nor I remember Thomas C. Whiteley or any Whiteley. There are quite a few unmarked graves & graves marked with only field stones so one of those could be him. I don't know of an index, but I bought a book published by the Madison County Genealogical Society, "History of Hindsville, Arkansas - The Town, The Area, and The People", which has a lot of great information in it. Someone had walked the Evans, Hindsville, Vaughan-Whitener, and some smaller cemeteries and read and recorded all burials. I looked there but didn't find Thomas. Two other larger cemeteries in Madison County are Colbaugh and Clifty. When it gets warmer, we are going back to finish photographing the other cemeteries and I will watch for him. Will let you know if we find him. Carolyn

You are welcome. My wife and I were traveling through this area with three Grandchildren. I gave them all a list and sent them on a treasure hunt. I was surprised at how fast they found all the names.
