Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am new to genealogy (2012 is relatively new compared to most people), but I'm enjoying all of my discoveries! I am researching the Danby and Rutland, Vermont branches of these families: Bromley, French, McGowan, Ackert, Baker/Belanger, Crosby, as well as the New Jersey and New York City families of Lynch and Rooney. I have a variety of research interests in New England, Canada, Ireland, England, and Scotland.

I enjoy collaborating with others. If you see errors or additions for my memorials, please let me know. The work is never done!

RE: Infant Bromley
I am alittle confused on this...but this is what I have (and think!)
Jay Bromley married Minnie Ermine Berry (March 26, 1874 - Feb 22, 1904)
They had a baby Daughter (Jan 24, 1904 - Jan 24, 1904) - Still born.
Then Jay married Minnie Bushee (Aug 26, 1881 - 1952)
Jay Bromley (Feb 13, 1868 - Oct 02, 1956)
Minnie could have been in a carriage accident - but I'd say the child wasn't there.
If your part of this family I'd like to talk to you or email

RE: Barbara Nichols
Hi Rebecca,

Thanks for this prompt response. I've got a full day of patients, but I'll read over the message that's in my mailbox as soon as I get a chance.

And, yes, I'm very interested!

Barbara Nichols
Hello Rebecca,

I'd be happy to link Barbara with her mother, but please send some source information, as I don't have her among the children of Joseph Bull and Nancy Stafford; and her death record gives no information to that effect because it's merely a transcription of her gravestone.

Also, it's very odd that her gravetone does not indicate whom she married, or that she was the wife of anyone. So, please let me know that as well.

And last, if you'd like her linked with Nancy (Stafford) Bull, why not with Joseph Bull?

I'd be very grateful for the help.

French surname
I glanced at your profile after I responded to your message. You are researching the FRENCH surname from the Rutland, Vermont area? I'd be interested to see your connection. I am also descended from FRENCH in that area.
