|A Egan||RE: Joseph Torrence's wife|
Joseph Torrence was first buried in Riverview and later moved to the Redford's Maury plot with his wife Esther Corrin Redford Torrence.

I don't know how to do that either.
BTW, Joseph William Maret's father was named Joseph Maret. Some are speculating that his middle name was Franklin. Have you seen any evidence to support that?
|Richard C. Randall||RE: Randall Family|
I would love to know how we're related!
I have all of the genealogy data I've collected on a Family Wiki at: http://bull-randall.com/
I'm constantly looking for new information! Especially family photos.
I grew up in Toccoa, GA... and my grandfather (W.B. "Dub" Randall) once told me that our family name wasn't actually Randall... but something like "Bullwinkle". That started my research (our family name was actually "Bull". And "Randall" was actually the maiden name of my great, great, great, great, great, great grandmother). Carey Randall is now researching the original "Sarah Randal".
My direct contact info. is:
~ Richard C. Randall

Please edit the name on memorial #82482792 to show the spelling for the middle name from Pollyaton to Powhatan. Thanks!
|gen2003||RE: Kate Martin Death Notice|
I have Martin's in my family (grandmother was a Martin), but haven't been able to connect with Kate Martin. About to post it. Thanks

You have 2 memorials for John, one posted in 2010, one in 2013. Might good to combine them.

Yes, she was his wife. I just connected the couple and Corrine to her family. I am working on all of the descendants of a particular Redford who emigrated in Va. in 1838. Almost all of the Redfords were in construction and farming from the 1700s through the early to mid-20th century. As they moved into the city, almost all were in construction.
I don't know if this is helpful, but Corrine's part of the family is all in three burial sections with members of the Redford, Kain, Phillips, Wade, & Waymack families. It seems that the majority of the Redford's in Maury go back to southern Virginia. A few are linked back to Henrico.
Yes, it seems like there are all kinds of family secrets brushed under the carpet. Do any of the family names I mentioned fit into your tree?

|Jan||RE: Tozer Connections|
I am happy to share info. Do you have the Tozer line back to Samuel Tozer, 1716-1786, Conn. . His son, Col Julius Rozer served in the American revolution and the War of 1812. I found DAR # All 5790. Your daughters can join the DAR through him. I also found the Kinney name. Guy Tozer 1799-1877 married Wealthia Kinney. Let me know if you need my info on these. I found it online , esp on ancestry.com. I have a tree on there. If you are a member, I can share my tree with you if you are interested. I knew Leonare jr. My Dad knew Leonare Sr, Aunt Rosie, Leonard Jr and Betty. He is still alive, age 89 and has a great memory. Mits nice to meet you

|Scott Butler||RE: Butler|
Hi Karen...so nice to connect...hmmmm...great grand niece eh? Think I would peg that as 2nd cousins, once removed if these geneolgy charts make any sense...I much prefer just cousins! I would be delighted to take on the Butler's, but my knowledge of them runs mostly on the 'living' side, births, marriages and the like from a volume of family history I happen to have...but happy to make updates where I can with what info I do have. Thanks cuz, Scott

Thanks so much for the pic. I didn't get to see her much before her death so this is really a blessing. Thanks again
