Bio and Links
Bio Photo I retired from the Army of 21 years and I love to study and visit Civil / Revolutionary War Battlefields and visit the generals grave sites who served during those periods. Thanks to Find a Grave I am able to plan my trips accordingly. As the National Chaplain for the Disabled American Veterans 1.2 million member organization, I like helping those who cannot visit their family members in person by taking pictures for them in the area in which I live. I post veteran memorials on Find a Grave to pay tribute to their service, a way of honoring them for the sacrifice made to this country. If you have more information to post to a memorial I have created, send it to me and I'll add it or I'll transfer the memorial page. Photos taken by me for Find a Grave may be considered public domain and you are most welcome to use them.

James Hammett that was buried in the Hammett Family Cemetery has a death date listed. Can you tell me where that info came from?
Thanks,

Lynda Bryan
I am doing research on my John and Mary Edwards family in the county of Talbot and in doing so found stories on this wonderful lady, Lynda Lee Bryan, who you have a memorial established for. I will send a few changes through to add to her memorial. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Best regards, Rhonda

Adams Cemetery - Jasper County
Are there other graves in this cemetery? I saw something on Ancestry.com that said the grave os David Adams' brother Jonathan is also located here.

Thank you for any information you can give me on this.

Pulaski County KY Jones Surname
Pulaski County KY Jones Surname

Hi!

I am trying to find my oldest-known grandfather’s grave. I’ll call him “Father Jones”. It is reported that he died in Pulaski County, Kentucky. I cannot find a grave or any records on him. If you have any information on him or know of someone I can contact, please let me know!!

Father Jones had four sons; Alexander, James, Robert, William and Thomas. Thomas was the only one born in Pulaski County around 1800. Father Jones died between Thomas’ birth and the War of 1812. It is stated that Father Jones died prior to his son Robert joining the War of 1812.

Any help that anyone can provide would be GREATLY appreciated!!
