Hi! I am a native of Omaha, Nebraska. I got started studying my genealogy when my uncle presented my family with an album containing photos and notes on my paternal grandmother's origins in Germany by way of rural Missouri - colloquially known as the Missouri Rhineland. I was fascinated, and it planted the seed in me which blossomed into a passion for history and culture.|

I am amassing virtual cemeteries of my relatives. If I request management of a page, it is because the person was a relative (usually a cousin), and I want to provide links and information on that person on a long-term basis. I DO NOT collect non-relatives as a rule, nor do I do bulk surname searches. I am fully aware of Find-a-Grave guidelines; it is YOUR prerogative if you'd like to transfer to me.
The primary purpose of this website is to honor and mourn the dead. With that in mind, I am also SEEKING DIRECT DESCENDANTS of the deceased to take over the pages from me. I will gladly transfer grave management to anyone who requests it who can first demonstrate a closer relationship to the deceased than mine, so PLEASE do not hesitate to ask. My research has enabled many Find-a-Grave subscribers to find their loved ones and launch their own genealogical searches. This to me is just an awesome and rewarding part of working on this site. I'm especially interested in linking infants' graves to their parents, since these children often go unrecorded in census records, genealogies, etc.
ALL MY PHOTOS ARE FREE FOR EVERYONE TO USE. PLEASE GIVE ME CREDIT IF YOU REPOST A PHOTO I'VE TAKEN. THANKS :)
Good luck in all your endeavors, and God bless everyone who views these pages.
All the best,
*UPDATE 04/18/2013: I have finished my genealogical research on several family branches that I have acquired but am not directly related to. From here on, I am seeking direct descendants or close relatives to take over management of the following families: Bockoven, Jacobberger, Majnarič/Majnarich/Mainarich/Maynarich/Minarich, and Mladinič/Mladenich/Mladinich. Thanks! :)
**UPDATE 04/01/2014: I have acquired a bunch of Coates (with an S) from Mount Royal Cemetery in Montréal, Québec, and I'm now seeking direct descendants. Thank you. :)

I uploaded your photo request for Nelson Dorsey. The cemetery office told me that they have his named spelled with 2 R's. I wanted to pass that along just in case.
Also, unfortunately, he didn't have a marker, so I uploaded a photo of the plot. The office was kind enough to place a orange marker flag where his plot is. Sadly, he is in one of the section where markers are very sparse.

Transfers - Please use the "Edit" tab on the memorial, send a "Suggest any other correction" message including your "ID number", I'm more than happy to transfer memorials as per Find A Grave rules which are your siblings, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. If your relationship to the deceased is not listed, please consider adding the memorial to one of your virtual cemeteries, and use the edit functions to add additional info to the memorial I created.
Thank you for everything you are doing to preserve the memory of those that have gone before.

Hi Tricia I have transferred the Hassett graves as you requested. I am curious as how you knew they were posted so fast since I had only posted them the day before.
PS I am not related to them. I was looking for my relatives and I took a bunch of pics nearby and made the memorials
Good luck in your research

Hi Trish -
This is my mother's grave. She personally told me that her official birth record was in error. She was born in the city of Wagga Wagga in the state of New South Wales in Australia. Her father went to the city of Coolamon to register her birth, and Coolamon was entered in error by the clerk as my mother's city of birth. My mother was always upset about that.
Also, there are no shires in Australia.
Don't know how this is handled by Find A Grave. Please let me know what I can do to correct these errors on the website.
Thank you for all the work you do!

I have transferred her to her son, as he also looks after his brother's memorial.
Have a good day.

Cypress Lawn, Colma, CA.
The other person in her niche is Alice Virginia Mowan. The flowers were impossible to remove to get her name also.
Sorry only transfer parents & grandparents.

I am not related so please take care.
I was at the cemetery to place a marker of a baby boy of my uncles who had died in 1947 never had one for him. Mom found him in the crib on the morning it happened with my youngest sister he is always remembered by me.
Now his mother and father has passed also.
