RE: Frances Elizabeth Gaudechaat Bachman
Finally back. I do see where her daughter was married and listed Frances' maiden name as Fooken. So the person who sent me the parents' info gave me the mother's maiden name. I will add Fooken. Thanks.

Hello Shawn,
I am not related to her or this family. I try to photograph the entire cemetery when I start. (Though the ones in Hancock Co. take longer as I live a couple of hours east)I will have to check further when I get back home and can sit and have more time. I do not subscribe to ancestry though so will have to check other sites. Always interesting to see where people came from and ended up! My family is from the Bentley area southeast of Carthage.

Hi, I was given that maiden name and the parent's names (Jurgen & Margit) from someone else. That is why I asked if you had records for the "Fooken" name. I will have to see what I can find on both names. May take a few days as I am not at home at this time. Have a good week!

Hi Shawn! I've never been there, but if they say it's haunted, I'm game!

I have a question about your Edits: How sure are you about Jeremy Rogers? There are no dates on his memorial. He could have been born or died at a time that does not match up. Can you have the person who created his memorial update it with dates, so that we can make sure he's the right one?

Best regards,

PS - It has always been a good thing that I've never worked at Home Depot. I would spend half my paycheck there!

Thanks for pointing out the error. I have removed the image from Samuel Bishop's profile.

Easter is a good day! Hope your's was good as well. The headstones were pretty crusted over and
I was also not looking in the exact Lot. After several tries We are both happy with the find.

I'm glad it worked out for you. No, I don't own a selfie stick or anything that could be used with one. My camera is a Nikon!

If you need anything else, let me know.

Best regards,

Jessie Maud Carnes and daughter.
Hi Shawn. This is just to let you know that I am about to fulfill your photo request, but the photo isn't the best. Her ashes are with her daughter, Ann "Blanche" Aitken. The nameplate is tarnished and is in the very top row and even with zoom and flash, it looks rather dark. Nothing short of a ladder could help, and I'm just not able to do that.

Anyway, now you know where her daughter is. I cannot read the years on it; maybe you know more about her so I'll leave it up to you.

Best regards,
