I live in Stillwater, OK.
I love doing research on Payne County, Oklahoma and surrounding counties.
Due to the death of DonZas, I am managing the memorials in Fairlawn Cemetery in Stillwater that he posted. I will be keeping all of the memorials that are in my family tree. And, believe me, there are alot of them.
However, if you wish for me to transfer a memorial to you, send EACH request through the "EDIT" - "SUGGEST A CORRECTION" Link on EACH person's memorial. Please allow time, because I get alot of requests each day.
REMEMBER the Find-A-Grave RULE states:
Transfer requests should be for DIRECT RELATIVES WITHIN FOUR GENERATIONS. This would be your siblings, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Uncle, Aunts, Cousins, nephews, mother's brother's first cousins, well, these don't count as a direct relative. And, yes, this part is included in the rules.
E-mail me if you have a question or if you have a request that I haven't already uploaded.
I have 2 books called "Cimarron Family Legends" vol 1 and 2. These books contain information that has been compiled by families that settled all around Stillwater and the surrounding towns of the Cimarron River in Payne County. I can look up information on families if you will send me the family name and any other information that I can use. Just e-mail me with the request.
Also, I have photographed and transcribed Ripley Oak Park Cemetery and Mt. Hope Cemetery near Ripley, OK. I don't transfer these memorials, but I will add the information and links if you ask me.

Hi Pammy: I read your bio where you said you had abook about Cimarron family legions vol 1 & 2. I have been searching for 40 some odd years for information about my Bio. Father James Owen Hagan which was born in Payne Co. appx 1908 between perkins & Stillwater. I was adopted but have received everything about my adoption & have met my half-sibleys but they only met my father a couple of times. I know he had a sister named Viola who I was named after. Could you see if you can find a family with that name-I once was told there was a family with that name that had alot of children living between Perkins & stillwater in 1910. Thanks for any help you could give me. martha

I found this picture and I believe this may be a portrait of Katie Grotheer's family. The names match up in my family tree. Katie was born in Missouri and was in Pittsburg, KS before she married in 1888. Are you related to this family? Katie (Grotheer) married my Great grandfather Julius Schumann.

Hi Pam! Thank you for taking care of the families...The Pace family is great grandparents, grandparents, great uncles, etc... to me. I am new to find a grave but would like to make sure my family info is all correct. I lived in the Payne county area for over 25 years. I have been sending edits in hopes that it will help. Thanks again for all of your hard work.

Thanks Pammy....I am sorry about your loss as well. ...it never gets easier does it? Until recently there were two memorials for Colleen and I requested from the administrators that they be merged. I was really pleased that they did so and added her photo on the page that you maintain. Plus they kept our sponsorship; that's all that I wanted... just knowing that is accurately on the site is perfect. Again thank you.
Hello Pammy, I recently joined Ancestry.com, and I've gotten a little stuck. Maybe you can help me? You've got pictures posted of my Great Grandparents memorial (Grave Memorial# 54504040) Hazel Olive O'Leary-Clark and Frank M. Clark aka Francis Marian Clark. My Grandpa was only 2 years old when his Dad (Frank M.) died, so he doesn't know the names of his Paternal Grandparents. In your research do you often come across Death Certificates? If you have happened upon Frank M. death certificate, I could get his parents information, or if you know a number to call that can help me out with that?
Thank you so much!

Pam, are you related to George Helms? If so, do you know if he was married to anyone else? My gr grandmother was married to a George Helms in Milan, Mo but there are at least two in that area and I'm trying to figure out which one she was married to.
I was wondering if you know where Rachel Colclasure's husband is buried? Thank you, Cindy Claxton

Hey there Pammy!
Could you link Mom's parents to her grave?
If I can add this myself, please let me know how.

Hello Pam....I had contacted you previously about merging our daughter's memorial (87803177) with the one that DonZas had originally placed on the site. I know that Findagrave does not want duplicate memorials so hoped that we could remedy this by merging the two. If there is an issue, please let me know.
Thank you, Chris Murphy
|SACR||O'Bryant's in Fairlawn, Cushing Cemetery|
I would like to add several people to the Fairlawn Cemetery in Cushing that I have been told are buried there but there are no markers and I would like to have someone check, if possible, to make sure they are indeed buried there before they are added. One is Susan (Susanna) Pottorff O'Bryant. She was born 8/9/1852 in Salem, Washington, Indiana and died 6/16/1943 in Cushing, Payne, Oklahoma. My mother says she was buried next to her husband John W O'Bryant. Her son Aaron O'Bryant (born abt 1888 in Kansas) and his wife Laura O'Bryant (born abt 1897 in Missouri) should also be buried there. Both died after 1945. Bert and Allie O'Bryant also had an infant girl named Doris O'Bryant who may have been buried there about 1927 or 1928.
Also there any records to show if Amy (Clark) O'Bryant is buried on the farm in the Osborne Chapel Cemetery, Stillwater, Oklahoma next to her husband Pleasant O'Brien?
