|Thanks to a lady named Annette and the photo she placed on Find A Grave, I was able to break through a brick wall in my quest to document the family tree. Since then I've placed a number of requests. I am very grateful to the folks who took pictures and filled those requests.|
I pretty much limit myself to taking pictures in the San Francisco National Cemetery in the Presidio of San Francisco. It's an absolutely beautiful place with lawn that would make any gardener envious and with breathtaking views of the Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco Bay.
If there is anything I put up on this web site that needs correcting or that you would like me to remove, please let me know. If you would like me to transfer a memorial to you, please let me know. Be sure you are logged in and then use the edit tab. With the exception of my own family's memorials, I would be happy to make the transfer.

Thomas was a beloved uncle, a single man with a singular personality and style. Thank you for your work with Find a Grave which allowed me to complete our family tree. My children and grandkids will know Uncle Tom in part to your good work.
Blessings to you,

Your surmise is correct. Stanton Mason (whose middle name by the way was Augustus, according to Cullum's Register) died while stationed at Vancouver Barracks, Vancouver, Wash. He is reported in the contemporaneous press to have died of Bright's disease. I'm still not coming up with an exact birthplace, though.

Hi Carol, Thank you so much. It appears to be her. Would you have anything on her husband? I love this site. Again thanks, Brian
Dear Carol, My name is Meg Stone. I am certain that James and Douglas Cleary, buried at the Presidio, are my grandparents. Father and mother to William, Alice and James Douglas Cleary. I am William Cleary's daughter. Please contact me. email@example.com
We are currently working to identify anyone buried in Westlawn-Hillcrest Cemetery Omaha NE that has served in the military. If you have a loved one buried there or know of someone, please send us a message. We place flags on the graves for Memorial Day. This project is sponsored by Centennial Masonic Lodge #326.
If you can send us the names, we will be sure to include them on our list to get a flag.
Thank you for the help with this ongoing project.

Thanks so much for finding/listing Frank and the transfer of him to me. I've just finished adding some bio info and will add more as I poke around a bit more.
