My friend's maiden name is Hoblitzell. I'll let her know about this and she can contact you if she chooses. Helen Virginia may be a relative of hers.

|Joe||Photo request for Cassandra and John Powers in Washington Cemetery|
I am sorry to advise you that there is no marker in either of Lots 21 & 20 of Range F, Block 3 of the Washington Cemetery for Cassandra and John Powers, respectively. However, I will use two photos that show the empty space in Lots 21 & 20 to fulfill your photo request. There will be a descriptive caption with each photo (need to click on the photo to see the caption). If you are not satisfied with the photos, please let me know and I will remove them.

I am Lewis's Great Granddaughter- Here is his newspaper obituary information. If you get a chance, will you add this to his page? Thank you! I remember attending his funeral as a teenager...
ADRIAN- Lewis D. Baugh, 89, of Michigan Avenue, Adrian, died March 14, 1987, at his home.
He was born December 14, 1897, in Missouri to Frank and Panthea (King) Baugh. On May 22, 1919, he married Ellis Richeson in Springfield, Missouri, and she died in 1984.
Mr. Baugh graduated from Jasper High School in 1916 and from Brown's Business Academy. He and his wife moved to Jasper in 1919 and engaged in farming. They also farmed the Clayton area for many years, retiring in 1955 and moving to Adrian. Mr. Baugh had also been employed at the Hurd Lock Company for 20 years, retiring in 1965, after which he was a route driver for The Daily Telegram for 10 years. He attended the Demings Lake Memorial Church.

I saw your request for Hoblitzell tombstones in St. Patrick's. I do not have photos for those particular ones but I do have a beautiful photo for W. T. Hoblitzell which I will post for you. I took it a few summers ago on a beautiful day with puffy clouds. I do not have any connection to the family. I just thought it was a beautiful stone.
