Hello my name is Sandra Moore, I am the mother of 6 Wonderful Boys in the age range from 18months to 16years.Proud Military Wife. Love to do Genealogy, honestly at times I see it as an obsession..Am fascinated with the past.Currently living in Copperas Cove,TX. |
Would like to help as many ppl as I can with adding pictures to their own personal obsession...Let me know if I can help.
I will not correct information,I will go to the Cemeteries and do my best to find your loved one.I will edit pictures for a better and clearer view.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION :
I (and my partner in Crime..hehehe) Use Chalk and Charcoal sticks at times to bring out the writing on the Headstones, please rest assured that after the picture is taken, we brush the headstone off as well as clean it wither either water or baby wipes.We do not leave the stones "Colored On"
There where requests made for Headstones that are partial buried, I can NOT dig and reveal the rest of the headstone to be able to take a pic, with all the information present. I will give it my best to get you as much as Humanly possible as far as the information on the picture goes.
If there are any other Headstones with the same name I will take pictures of them as well and either post them on the memorial or send them to you via email (if one is provided)
Some Grave-sites might take a bit longer then the 2 weeks that we all agree on. Please know that even if a request is no longer my responsibility I will try my up most to find the missing information then either claim it again, or just email you with the new found information
If you would like better quality pic, of the pics that are posted on your memorial, just shoot me an email with the Last name (so that I know which pic to send) and I will be more then happy to send you the original with better megapixel....

Sarah, You show Carla Sue Myers Tawater in the Arnett Cemetery, she is in Evergreen Bundrant as the other listing for her shows. Is there something at Arnett that says she is there? I'd love to know. Step brother. Thanks!

Thanks Sandra and Wanda at Straley sent me a note today saying she is going to check her records.
|Richard Cheek||Thanks for photo|
Thank you for adding the photo of Georgia.
|Anonymous||RE: Emmett Mitchell Dice|
Just going by death cert his name was Emmett Mitchell Dice, information was filled out by Mrs. E. M Dice. That's really all I know on him. Had some bad expierences on internet showing my name, just easier this way. No bio, tried that too, you would be surprised at what people can pick out from that. Hope that helps.
|Joe Carroll||Thomas J. Bilton Tombstone|
Sandra, thank you very much for the picture. There has been some controversy because the Straley Cemetery does not have him listed in their records. I will email Wanda now and tell her the Tombstone is there and ask her to check her records again. Thank you very much for your help.
|Sue Lilley||RE: Parazide Bilton|
Thanks so much for your prompt reply. Actually, I am not related to her, but was the one who originally created the memorial from Lampasas County records. It was transferred to someone who is related and he contacted me about it.
I am not sure what the problem is, but I think your reply should put the question to rest. I am forwarding it to the current manager.
|Sue Lilley||Parazide Bilton|
I have been asked about the photo you took of the gravestone for Parazide Bilton who I have as buried at Straley Cemetery in Lampasas County, Texas. Some think she was not buried there. Do you know for sure that your photo was taken in Straley Cemetery?
Please let me know,

Sandra, I appreciate your kind offer but I can't come up with any connection to the two names you mentioned. Sounds like a picture of the old section of the cemetery would be a nice thing to show on find-a-grave. So at your convenience that would be great. I have run across a number of older cemeteries where word of mouth passed from relatives who have passed on say there are family burials but in many cases old cemeteries, rural ones especially have just disappeared and are now lost. Again, thanks for your work and interest.

Thanks for your efforts in finding and photographing markers for Stafford and Louis Strickland. My belief after speaking with the Copperus Cove Cemetery is that they were buried in the old section and the markers were either lost or never placed. Thanks again.
