Thanks for taking time to let me know. He has been linked to the right father.
|Deborah In Search Of||Liddie Hales|
Do you have any documentation regarding marriage of Liddie Reece to either husband. As I understand the death certificate of Elizabeth Jane Hales she was Akin married J E Hales. Did she maybe marry a cousin?

You wrote: Citha Moss Thompson. She is a sister to my 3rd great grandfather. Would you please consider transferring to me? Would appreciate it. I would also like to use your tombstone marker on my genealogy page for her.
I have transferred to you and YES feel free to use any of my photos as you see fit.

You are correct re: date of birth. His daughter, Katie Wilkins Sisson Davenport said that the person who did the tombstone wrote he wrong birth date. The family was upset so they added the 46 years 4 months and 26 days.
|Nancy Tims||Charlie Hales|
Could you provide me with Charlie's wife's name?
|James Coston||Genera Dean|
Parents added as requested.
Appreciate the input.

Your additions have been made. However, Weldon Franklin O'Bryant's memorial number was 45857686 instead of 45875686. When I keyed in the number you gave me, Find A Grave kept putting a lady's name in. I simply looked him up at Ophir and realized the 5 and 7 was reversed. No problem. I'm glad I could help you.
I was happy to help. I've certainly had some typos that someone else caught along the way. It takes a village, as the saying goes, to keep all the facts on target here.

Thank you so very much.
|Kevin D Struensee||Toellner|
My great-great-Grandma was Sophie Toellner / Tollner, who was born in 1844 in Droelitz, less than eight miles drive from Schwiessel. Most likely there is a connection with the Tollner family that settled in Kentucky.
Sophie came to America in 1869 with two brothers, settling in Lyons, Cook county, IL. She came over with John Struebing/Strebing, who she married, possibly right after arriving in America.
John and Sophie had a son, August Carl Friedrich Strebing, who came up here to Wisconsin and settled on a farm with his family, and I am the grandson of his daughter, Mildred Ruth (Strebing) Struensee.
