Thank you very much for the memorial transfer and especially for your original posting of this memorial.
Just wondering if you are still an active member of FindaGrave? I sent some additions about a month ago. I can resend if that would be helpful. Thanks! Sherry

Hi Jenny... I am Nancy Buckner originally from Nashville TN currently in Georgia. I am looking for ancestry confirmation on my Buckner line. You list my uncle, Monroe Buckner of Antioch, TN, as a cousin to your father. This would indicate we are from the same Buckner line since my father Andrew and Monroe were brothers. I have had a difficult time connecting Virginia ancestors to our Georgia ancestors John and Mary M Brown Buckner. I purchased Jim White's Buckner books and the Virginia Buckner's he lists are very different from those which my Uncle Monroe and his son had suggested were our ancestral line. Please let me know if you agree with the ancestry line defined in White's book so I can make corrections to our tree. My sisters and I just want as accurate as possible info before we distribute to our families. Thanks!

Thanks you for the flower memorial you posted for my grandmother, Permelia Mildred Buckner. She was married to Willie Richmond Buckner. My mother, Gussie Vernon Buckner Ware was their daughter. If you connect to this line of Buckner's, I would love to connect with you. I have just started searching my ancestry and have traced my line of Buckners to Cumnor WC BC England. There are several buried in Fairfax Cemetery from this linage. Could use all the help I can get.
|Art Black||RE: Transfer|
Thank you so very much for the transfer of my great-grandparents memorials, J R and T A Black. It really means a lot to me and I hope to add new info and family links soon.
My HILLS came to Texas in the early 1840s, but were from a line of Hills in New England; Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts. If yours came from that area, I imagine we have a link somewhere.
I will be sending a couple more requests soon for other Black family member of my line.
Again, thanks with much appreciation.

Martha Thomas Sears and Asa Melton Waldrip were my GGG
Grandparents. Interestingly, they had a great-grandson named
Asa Milton Waldrip, who was my grandfather. Notice the difference
in spelling of the middle name. It's not a typo. I've checked the
engraving on the tombstones.
I must get to the Sears Chapel Cemetery someday. Several other
ancestors are also there. I live in Frederick MD.
I'm especially impressed with the photo of John A Sears. It's so
interesting to see the visage of a long ago relative. Anyone have photos of Martha or anyone else in their direct line?
Would love to hear from any who want to share information.
Suzanne Patton Williams
