Bio and Links
Bio Photo I helped co-write state laws to protect our cemeteries here in Texas.
I've been Honored by the Texas State Senate, Texas State House of Representatives, The Dallas County Historical Commission for my work in preserving and protecting our cemeteries. I served on The State Senate Advisory Committee as well as being an Advisor to a number of cities in my area pertaining to cemeteries within their city limits. I have helped in clean ups and restoring a number of cemeteries. I believe very strongly in cemetery preservation. Cemeteries in most cases are the only history of those that came before us. Like rare books in a library once it's lost it's lost forever.
I served six years on the Duncanville City Council, two years as mayor pro-tem.
I've been working on family genealogy since 1976. I'm the wife of Wallace Richards.

Judy,
Please message me (jsowens@mail.com) about the information you left concerning my family members. Sarah Florilla Hamm Rawlins was my grandmother's grandmother. I would be interested in why you list her as Susan Florilla. I apologize for my tardy reply but I have been in the hospital. I always welcome the opportunity to discuss my family with others who have information.

Find a Grave project
Hello.
Its me again. I see that you are very interested in documenting grave sites. I have also done a lot of work in this area. If you really want a project to take on, go to www.ariailfamily.com x x click on "Places of Interest" and then click on "Cemetery Surveys". All the people listed in that document are in some way or another, relatives, spouses or cousins of each other. You may list all these under your project, however, I would appreciate it if you would list me as the source of the information. I had rather do the genealogy research, of which I have 27 years experience. Good hunting. Respectfully.

RE: James N. Dickeson
If the information I sent you is correct, then the death date should be 14 Nov 1977, Rusk, Texas instead of 1939. Regards.
