Bio Photo They say a picture is worth a thousand words was right. On my worst day going out and finding a headstone that someone has been looking for and finding it is a great feeling. Not only does it make me feel good but puts a smile on someone else's face. It's taken me over 40 years to find my father's side of my family again, I haven't stopped smiling. From a cousin that was my play mate when I was 7 to family in Italy the roads are endless...And from those roads a new life has begun. Though they may not be in the present they are holding our hand as we go down this new road guiding us through the turns of life.. NEVER STOP LOOKING... YOU CAN FIND THEM... sometimes they are just around the corner.

Photo on John D. Bunch
This appears to be the wrong photo. The tombstone reads "J. H. Williams"

J.W. Crabtree
Question - why do you have a photo of McAbees on the memorial for J.W. Crabtree in the Peoria Cemetery in Hill County, Texas?

RE: L. Williams
Morning Doreen,
I totally understand what it's like when someone else asks U to do research on their behalf, sometimes it can get really confusing.
One time I had a foto request at Mexia Cemetery.
It turns out that the lady's tombstone was placed at her 2nd husbands plot (no body there) -but- she was actually buried beside her 1st husband (body was there !!!). After I report what I find, I usually wait about a month and go back to double check & see if anything has changed. I found a depression where the tombstone was and found it had been relocated to the proper location.
Sometimes doing findagrave things can be quite fun and rewarding, HA !!!

L. Williams
Hey Doreen,
I was out there in Feb '11 and U posted ur request a few months later. To my knowledge I took a foto of every tombstone that was readable.
I am willing to go back and take a 2nd look but need to have a little more info on L. Williams, that is to common a name to do a global search on.
The same for Leonard H. Williams.
I must have not found his marker either because he also is not on the list.
My question, how certain is ur info that they are actually there or is this a "hail mary" with hopes of locating them.
Recheck the posted list of the Williams surname and see if U think they are related to anyone listed, if they are, at least that would give me a place to start.

If you received a 'correction' e-mail from me on these memorials, please ignore it as well. Your memorials on these individuals are correct. I have sent correction e-mails to the other contributors whose memorials have Liberty Grove as being in Hill County. I also mentioned to them that memorials already exist under Liberty Grove Cemetery McLennan County, TX

You may want to collaborate information with this contributor. Again I apologize for any confusion.
I am photo volunteer and was mapping out some cemeteries. That's where all this mess started.
I thought Liberty Grove was in Hill County but after closer inspection it is in fact just inside the McLennan County line.

Corrections for Carlos & Annie Wilburn
Please ignore the 'correction' e-mail that you received from me. And please DO NOT delete your memorial. I will notify the other person who created memorials for Annie and Carlos that the memorials already exist and are listed in the correct cemetery. Liberty Grove Cemetery is in fact in McLennan County. After you turn off of Russells Branch Rd. on to Liberty Grove Rd. you are immediately in McLennan County. Sorry for any confusion. Just trying to help the accuracy of records on here.
