Thank you for the additional info on Abraham.

Destitute Children of Burlington
I was wondering what your source was for the list of children listed on this memorial. One of the children is a distant relative of mine.

Thanks,
Jeannie

RE: Maistrosky
Yes, I spoke with the caretaker and he provided me with plot locations. However, getting caretaker to take a grave photo is generally a daunting task - very few are willing to do that, and I don't blame them.

May I ask if you have any relationship to or a specific interest in the Maistrovsky family?

Maistrosky
Thanks for your note. Yes, I have previously seen all available vital records for the family. What I am looking for is tribal origin information, something which would only be inscribed on the headstone if at all. I have reasons to believe this family are Levites, so a Hebrew inscription haLevi would confirm that.

Thank you
Thank you for your message of support. May I return the favor? Thank you for honoring so many with your work on Find a Grave. Would that all Find a Grave contributors kept their focus on honoring those who've gone before rather than on behaving like playground tattletales and bullies. As my Aunt Jo liked to remind us when people around us became absurd...."this, too, shall pass."

According to the gentleman who added her death certificate, it is highly unlikely that she is buried in that cemetery as it is 75 miles away from where she died and unlikely in 1905 that her parents would have buried her that far away. It is more likely that Hebrew Cemetery was a general term like Catholic cemetery and she is probably buried in Haverhill. I suggest you check the following Jewish cemetery in Haverhill and ask them if she is buried there.
