Bio Photo If you notice any mistakes in my info on any pages I made please let me know and I will fix it.
If you want to use my pictures in your family research files or whatever it is fine with me.
If I have added any pictures to any pages that do not look too good and you would like a better picture of the gravestone be sure and ask and I will see if I can possibly get a better picture.
I am a direct descendant of the Richard Haines who left England aboard the ship "Amity" in 1682. He died on the ship and his wife and kids settled in NJ. Richard was my 6th Great Grandfather. There are a lot of Haines in the US from this Richard. Nathan Haines of OH was my Gr Grandfather. Ebenezer Haines who married Rebecca Berry was his father. Nathan Haines married Sarah Iiams in Grant Co., IN. I have also done a lot of research on the Iiams name. My Grandfather E. Morton Haines was born in Grant Co., IN in 1865 and moved to OR in 1892 where he lived out his life. I have a lot of family connections to Grant Co., IN.

Victor De Sire Du Chateau
Hi Nathan,
Great job on Victor De Sire Du Chateau's grave marker photo. Thank you very much. As always the marker looks beautiful. There must have been lots to clean off, since it is so old. Your hard work is very appreciated.

Transfer & thank you
Hello again Nathan,
Thank you for your generosity in transferring:
Rev Albert Henry Smith # 145761028
to my care. I have successfully connected him with his parents, listed his 7 siblings, linked his two wives and 2 of his 5 children. As I receive more information, I will be adding it to Our shared memorial.
With sincerest appreciation,
# 47059326

Dora Poulsen #63844330
Good morning. I don't know if it matters, but the obit (The Oregonian Sun., 09 Apr 1939 page 13) says Dora was born Ekenforde, Germany 27 Nov 1855 and came to the US when 13 yrs. old.
She married Mr. Poulsen, a native of Denmark, in Lyons, IA. and came to Portland more than 60 yrs. ago. Thanks, Lavender

RE: Elmer G Harris pic
Thank you ever so much!! Always does my heart good to see family linked together. I saw the family on the 1930 and 1940 in Oklahoma. I wondered if Elmer married-probably not since he was so young when he passed away. I found his mother's maiden name was Cantrell. Anyway, I appreciate your efforts:)
