Most of what my daughter and I have added is not a descendant. We do this for others so they may find their past plus I enjoy doing this. I have been working on my family's past since my sister had to do a high school project some 40 years ago. Maybe someday I will add to my branches.|
Our own lines takes us mainly to the Northeast; New York, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Maryland and Canada and overseas.
Please feel free to use our photos in your genealogy documentation!
PS.. I am looking for this cemetery in the above picture. I think it's in the NY/VT area but definetly not sure about that

Thank you so much for getting my picture! Just wondering if the stones survived all the storms?
Thanks for the photo of the great headstone, Marsha

|Mary Marston||Thank you|
I just wanted to thank both of you for what you do. Your names appear on several of my ancestors pages.
|Clint VanRoekel||Nicholas Peek in Woestina|
I will check my source that has Nicholas Peek and his wife Sarah both passing away in 1864, but their memorials have 1861. I will look for an obituary to see which is correct.
Thank you so much for your work in the Woestina Cemetery. The photo that you posted for Nicholas Peek and Sarah Swart is the memorial for my 4th great grandparents.
Here is some additional information that I have on them:
Nicholas V. Peek
DOB: 02 August 1791
DOD: 19 May 1864
He married Sarah Swart on 16 August 1811
DOB: 16 October 1794
DOD: 20 May 1864
(is it a little mysterious that Sarah passed away the day after Nicholas?)
Their 4th child, Mariah, is my 3rd great grandmother.
They both lived in Rotterdam Junction all their lives.

Thank you so much for making the transfer to me. Jayne
|Jayne Flippin Mitchell||RE: McBrayer|
Thanks for the offer on Logan. The transfer I would like to have is his father Robert Beaty McBrayer #43788564. There is another wife that should be noted in his bio. Have not been able to locate her burial location. Thank you, Jayne
|pjt||Jay H Conrad|
Hi, I submitted an edit request to link him to his parents. The sources were census records which match his full name and date of birth. I was doing research on the family as his father was a Civil War Veteran. Thanks for having created his memorial. Paul Turner
