So, OK, I was born in PA but in July 2011 I moved to Mesa AZ so I can't do any more cemeteries in Phila and surrounding areas, but I can do things around Mesa AZ if needed.
ABOUT ME WRITTEN ABOUT 6 YEARS AGO:
Born in Philadelphia PA, attended Elkin Elem, Stetson JR High and Mastbaum Voc Tech HS. My hobby is taking pictures of tomb stones, especially at both Northwood Cemetery and Mount Moriah Cemetery, Phila PA. and my family cemetery, which is a few blocks from were I live, Vandegrift Cemetery, Cornwell Heights, PA (working on the complete list and photos 2008/2009) 01/09/2009, update, think that I have the complete listing on, now for a clear, not cold, day to start the photos.
As I take the photos of the above cemeteries I post them. Yes, I am behind in getting the photos I have on line.
I am also working on getting the photos on line for St Mary's in Bensalem.
Just a note as of 03 01 2009, I am 2/3ds of the way thru Vandegrift cemetery with the photos. We had two really good days to get out there and take the photos, but it snowed last night and we are expecting more tonight so my photo days are put on the back burner for another month.
NOTE: 03/08/2009 - Just to let you know that more than half of the stones in Vandegrift Cemetery are posted. Now for the rest.

Hi, thanks for your message. I had the Monroe County Public Library email me a copy of an obituary for someone else from the July 17, 1990, edition of the Bloomington Herald-Times and the copy included part of Sherman Pitluck's obituary.
If you don't already have a copy, go to the following site and just enter the last name Pitluck and it will give you the ordering date for Sherman and Dorris' obituaries.
