Bio and Links
Bio Photo I'm married to a wonderful man. I have 2 grown children and 2 beautiful granddaughters. I've been working on genealogy since the mid 1980's. I was born and raised in NW Indiana.
If there are any photo's you need from this area I'll see what I can do.
I don't mind if you use the photo's I post as long as you are doing it respectfully. I believe that genealogy and research should be shared. I am not in it for the numbers of being the one who's taken the most photo's or written the most memorials. And I will transfer any memorial that I have added to a registered family member of the person.
When I create memorials that aren't my direct ancestors, I feel it is a privilege to pass them on. I just like to help people "see" their loved ones.
Thank you.

RE: Ridgelawn Cemetery
Thank you for the message. And I can tell many of the people who work for certain cemeteries can be quite the spectacles. Its too bad, but it is what it is. Thanks again.

Map
I do have a map, and the locations are on the memorials and included in the requests. Send me an e-mail and I'll send you back the map of the cemetery. There is already a photo of Hierony's marker, so finding it might be easier.

Two new photo requests in Ridgelawn Cemetery
Hi Carol,

I just entered two requests for photos at Ridgelawn. I saw in one of the "problem reports" that you had an issue with an uncooperative office. I found them to be not so helpful, but I was pleasant yet insistent and was able to get added information to my requests. If you have a chance to go out there, it would be appreciated. I have a map I can e-mail you if needed.

Robert Beville Sic Buel has nothing to do with Willian BUELL).
Robert Bevill was married second to Elizaeth Hampson... Catherine Goode was mother of Elizabeth Hampson. Goode never married a Buel William Beville son of Robert died in 1637 in England.

Go to this site Tudor Women it has a full report on Hampson.

I don't know if your ancestor (Robert S. Smith's child) might be linked if he or she has a Memorial, like I did for Arabella.

Robert S. Smith
Hello Carol,
Robert S. Smith was a brother of my g-g-g-grandfather, Rev. Anthony Garnett Smith, Sr. In 2011, I visited the family cemetery and saw Robert S. Smith's and Arabella Smith's grave markers. The markers are still in good shape, deep in the woods. We were fortunate to find the cemetery. When I saw the large chimney of the Robert Smith, Jr. house, I knew the cemetery was nearby. If you ever find more info. on him, please let me know.
Best,
Brad Willis
