William Hermsprong Williams
Hi Diane,

I found your name attached to a link on William Hermsprong Williams. His son Charley is my great-great grandfather. Charlie's son Elzie Bell Williams is my great father. His daughter Dottie Williams Willis is my grandmother and her daughter, Delores Willis Fehrmann is my mother.
I have been helping my Uncle Richard with tracing our ancestry and I have learned so many fascinating things. Just want to touch base, we must be cousins quite a few times removed!

Kind Regards,

Diane Sundberg

RE: Garrett
I found Lillie Chamlies listed as Lillie Chamblies

DIED 13 OCT. 1938, AGE 50.

Lillie was the second wife of E. Wheeler Chamblies. Her first husband was Mr. Morgan. When Lee (Crews) Chamblies died Lillie Morgan became the housekeeper for the family and married Wheeler, June 29, 1935. It was the second marriage for both. Lillie was age 47 at the time of the marriage. She was born in Alabama. At her death she had no family other than her husband. It is believed that the Chamblies family moved from Huntsville after the death of Lillie.
Sources: Marriage record Vol. 63, p. 16. Obituary, The Huntsville Times, Oct.13, 1938, p.11.
Now Lillie was born Virgia(e) Lillie Morgan, she married Edgar Hugh Garrett in Nov. 17 1908, They had several children. It's a sad story of a split family, but any way, she remarried E.W. Chamlies (Chamblies) June 29 1935. All the dates are correct and information from her son Karl has told in the past.

RE: Garrett
You are a Godsend, I have been looking for Lillie for years. I have her showing that her maiden name was Garrett when her husband filled out the death certificate, Apparently her second husband didn't know much about her past. He was E.W.Chamlies and they married around Huntsville, AL. Thank you so much, this is more than I have found in years!

RE: Garrett
Hello cuz!
This is my husband's side of the family...I do not know if you got my message about the picture of this Garrett family 1910. I knew in my heart of hearts that this must his family line, but no proof.....I have found the website that has a ton of info on the Garrett line, but you have more in some areas I believe. Would you please go into this site and add your information. It is FREE! There is a lady in this area that will help with the site if need be. I have her phone number that was given to me by one of the LDS church members. I really would like more info on this Garrett line and their travels. I am trying to find where Edgar Garrett wife was born (Virgia Lilly Morgan). Her mother must have died when she was small, because when she was around 2 yrs old, her dad Bill W. Morgan had married a Marie Tankersly.
I really appreciate any info you have any...

Josie Elizabeth Limbaugh Burton
Dear Diane,
Are you related to Josie or simply maintaining the site? I am researching the Florida Limbaughs and would be interested in your information if you are related.
