Bio and Links
Bio Photo FYI: PLEASE USE EDIT TAB FOR CORRECTIONS ,ITS TOP RIGHT ON MEMORIAL PAGE. I approve of them with 1 push of a button.if anyone wants info i have books on church records for Zion , n UCC in Kratzerville, also Salem in Sel, N also Glendale in Middleburg n also, can get,but i gave away the records for St Johns in Mt.Pleasant Mills,Pa..ty.i do not recreate any names, referring to the middle initials of married woman, i just learned this , bc i saw epitaphs where the middle initial did not match the middle name, it was the maiden name initial.plus my alive 90 year old cousins told me this bc its on their graves already,.. sometimes not always, but more than u think.... .Yes you may use my photos as u please, but be so kind to give me credit when using them,ty..Also, I replaced my 5mp camera with a 18 mp. so my photos will be more clear..I will transfer non family names, so just ask..I miss all my late relatives, even the ones I only heard stories about.they r all loved & missed & helped me be the person I & my kids are today.also if u want me to delete a site i will as long as its not my family or friends or something i have a i interest in.
Also, having 3 kids , keeps me busy, so if I don't have the dates up right away ,it's because I just got up the names for now, & will add dates asap.sorry for any inconvenience...we work together...plus I add the pics asap also. psss please look on the" Snyder County PA Gen Web" under cemeteries, they have list there to check ur location of graves.Although I have been informed by cemetery workers that whole graves have been dug up & moved to other cemeteries, that is another reason why some are not found where we thought they are.If u see u cant find someone at a cemetery,,,,maybe they are not there, look on this web page....ty...Also see Union County Pennsylvania Cemetery records, that has names dates too , nice listings for information in that county. Also Juniata county has a nice cemetery listing wth names in a lot of cemeteries. Also if u r looking for veterans information, Snyder County web site has a nice list under Veterans affairs , cemeteries listings, then also a listing of where they buried & a list what war they in, very nice, although I having used it intensely, found a few/ maybe couple errors since I have used it inside & out & walked the cemeteries row by row taking pics. So its not 100% but pretty good any questions just ask me.okay Ty.ALSO:::Please note the following when buring person buried in this cemetery:Grubbs...

SNYDER COUNTY was created from Union County on 2 March 1855
and
UNION COUNTY was created on March 22, 1813, from part of Northumberland County.
Also;;;;I hereby appoint the Juniata Mennonite Historical Society as steward over my memorials upon my death. Its Contributor FAG# is 47941642. Tiffany Stuck June 22, 2014:;;;;;;alsoooo; please always hit the button to the left on a memorial u create that says all that last name memorials in this town, not just cemetery, bc u will SAVE A LOT of Dups from being created n then need deleted later.. tytytytytytytt

Swartz Memorials
Tiffany:

Since you transferred so many Swartz memorials to me I've been working through them. Figuring out parents of Ada Swartz was a bit of a challenge as you had identified her father as Charles Swartz, one of the memorials you transferred. Working though marriage records, census materials and death records I finally got it figured out, eg. Ada's marriage certificate that identifies her parents. I'm still working on her father trying to figure out his second marriage.

I've had an eye to how all these Swartz's might link up but that is quite a project...but fun all the same.

If you wish I can send all the supporting info to you and/or make up something for the bio sections of the memorials with the references.

Best, Barry # 47110636

The Two Phoebes
Tiffany:

I got the two Phoebes sorted out with revisions made on the two memorials: Phoebe nee Glotfelter Sneeder # 100789246 and Phoebe Louisa nee Hockenbrough Swartz # 142650924. The changes are backed up by marriage and death certificates. I'm working on the two families a bit more to include the known children on the memorials with further links.

Best, Barry

PS: Don't have to contact the Juniata Historical Society as you suggested.

Hi Tiffany!
I haven't been on Find a Grave for about a year now...I just want to thank you for posting all the pictures of my great grandmothers side of the family (Lula Hoffman Fosselman). I know know what that side of the family looks like!
Thanks again!

Phoebe L. "Clotfelter" Swartz # 100789246
Tiffany:

I'm perplexed about Phoebe and her natal family. She definitely married Henry K Swartz but her death certificate (sp. Pheobe Louvisa Swartz) - son Lee informant) has her parents as George Hockenbroch (i.e. Hockenbrough) and Susan Snyder: PA Death Certificates: Juniata Co., Monroe Twp # 48689.

Also in the 1900 PA, Juniata, Monroe Twp census she is living with Henry and son Lee next door to a widowed Susan "Hknbrok". George and Susan Snyder Hockenbrough are buried in Richfield Union Cemetery, Juniata County.

On the other hand the 1870 PA, Juniata Co., Richfield Twp and 1880 PA Juniata, Monroe Twp census for Peter and Charlotte Clotfelter (1880 Clatfeller) has a daughter Phoebe in the household.

Can you clarify any of this?
