What started as a passion for finding my own ancestors has turned into a great joy in helping others find theirs. |
My pictures are not works of art, therefore please take what pictures you need. I'm happy to share!
Also, if you attach a photo to a memorial that I've created, PLEASE make sure you have NOT used CHALK! Otherwise, I will delete it.

Thank you ever so much. We will be adding his WWII service information.
Thanks so much for the transfer. Love it when it's all hassle free :-)
|Mona Anderson||RE: Carl Haggerty obituary|
I send the obits so contributors know where I got information for edits. It's not a perfect world and they aren't always correct (especially the really old obits) but at least the information is out there. I've come across several contributors who won't post without verification and/or sources.
I've been a member for 11+ years and I've run into all kinds of contributors - those who post everything, those who post abbreviated obits, those who won't post anything, etc. I've forwarded obits to admin for those who don't respond to anything and the admins have posted them completely.
It's hard to tell who wants what so I send everything I have or know and let the contributor make the decision. I figure the more information, the better for those who use this site for genealogy research.
Thank you for your kind reply.
Thanks for letting me link several of your memorials to their parents.

Thanks for the tip! I will try it the next time I go, hopefully on Saturday!

Whew! Not able to copy, to snip, or to link Annie's obituary here, however, I'm able to copy item as a temporary photo within Annie's Find A Grave site. If you read the photo's caption, your name is included, so one of us should delete the printed obit after you use it for reference.

Thank you for all your time in assuring the correct person matches the Family. Above is the link to Annie's profile in Ancestry.com which includes her obituary and its' source.
|MarySlavinWaage||RE: Annie Daugherty|
I located her Obituary under "A E Daughtery" in "The Indiana Democrat", 8-Oct-1902, page one. I'm unsure of Find A Grave guidelines, but I can send you the Ancestry.org link. Thank you!

Have to say I love your photos of Elijah Burt et al in Wellman Cemetery-Busti. Great job and thank you so much for allowing the use of them.

|Jim Long||RE: Ida Johnston edit|
I sent the info you have, and what I have, to Ken Johnston who has a great deal of Johnston family information. I think he can clear up the mystery. I believe we are talking about the same Ida, but he will be able to tell us.
