Bio and Links
Bio Photo Geneology and my love of photography are joined together in documenting and connecting families here and past. My brother helps clean up old and unvisited cemeteries in Montague county where I was born. My sister and I are continuing the geneology started by our mother tracing the family of: ALIG, BASS, BAYER, BEHL, BEST, BEYER, CLER, EISENMENGER, FETSCH, FLUSCHE, GILLES, KLEISS, HOENIG, HARTMAN, HAUSMANN, HETTINGER, KAPPES, KOELZER, KOBLITZ, NEU, NEWMAN, OTTO, ROEDER, RUND, SCHAFER, SCHWEIGHART, SOMMERS, VOGEL, WALTERSCHEID, and their descendents.
If you can identify any of the unknown stones in Indiana, please let me know.

RE: question regarding edits
James Alvah Abbitt had two wives. He married Estella Frances Bell in 1899. She appears with him in the 1900 Federal Census. She died Jul 29, 1909 and is buried in Eagle Creek Cem., Hamilton Co., Indiana. They had one child, Alma Agnes Abbitt, who was born Jan 24, 1901. He then married Mary Dickie Bell (my guess this was Estella's sister) on Sept. 2, 1908, in Bedford, Tremble Co., KY. She appears with him on the 1910 Census, his draft card, 1920 Census, 1930 Census, 1940 Census, and she died June 23, 1950. They had two children: Raymond Bell Abbitt and Cecil C. Abbitt. James Abbitt is buried at Eagle Creek Cem with his first wife. Mary is buried with her son, Raymond Abbitt in Oak Hill Cemetery. Estella and Mary Bell did not marry each other. :). If you are asking that, I hit the wrong button. I spent all day yesterday unraveling this!

William Pearce
I see you have William Halford Pearce's memorial. Are you related? Was wondering where you got his middle name?
William is my great x2 Uncle.

George Kuntz
George's memorial number is 83103458, managed by Eileen Bridges. He was married to Christina VALLET/WALETTE ECKER KUNTZ, if you wanted to link them.

You have done so much work, and are such a great contributor.

Leroy Bascum Speake
Are you related to the Speake's? I just talked with my sister Jenny and she was aware that Leroy had married Tennie about 1929 or 1930. We had neglected putting that fact into our tree. Do you happen to know what Tennie's maiden name was? We have not found a marriage certificate.
