|Please note that I transfer according to guidelines. If you send me something substantial I will consider transferring. I will not transfer to anyone who uses the word "hoarder" or anything similar on their page or in public messages left for others. I also will not transfer to someone who just wants to collect all their research names. There are many others who are researching the same people so an entitlement because someone falls in your line of research isn't a reason for a transfer. |
I WILL NOT link any memorials that are listed as burial unknowns. If you have any memorials where the place of disposition is not known, they don't belong on this web site, it helps not one person who is looking for the final disposition and it goes against what the purpose of this site is for.
I have listed to document cemeteries and to honor those who have died before us first and foremost.
Please use the edit tab in the memorial for any corrections and updates. I will not do any updates from the profile page, there are steps in place that makes it easier for us.

|CWG||John Atban Drury 36693896|
This tombstone is most likely that of Johnathan Drury not John Atban Drury. His family members are buried near him are found in the 1850 census. His wife Amelia died about 1848. There is a tombstone for an Amelia as a daughter could this be her. Mayber 44 years old not 14?

|CWG||Jane (Skinner) Drury|
Jane Skinner married Johnathan Drury on 4 September 1851 in Perry Co, Ohio. This memorial says she died on that same day. Does anybody know the story here? Was she a widow when she married him. I know of a Samuel Skinner who married a Jane Brown in Perry Co in 21 March 1845.

What a sight for sore eyes. It's been a month of Sundays since I've heard from you last. How is the family? I do hope every is doing fine. I've stopped going to the cemeteries but still haven't found anything to keep me busy.
Thanks for the transfer. One more correction day should hopefully make the Skinner family OK. If not, I will request a transfer.
Glad Kris is doing better. How is Sarah?
Mom (now 103-1/2) moved to my sister's in Va. Her house is sold and my brother and I are packing up and clearing it out for settlement. It has taken a long time and hopefully it will soon be finished.
Are you still working?

|Robert Howell||J.B. Howell|
J.B. Howell is buried at Pilgrim's Rest Cemetery in Baker, Okaloosa, Co. Fla. I realize the date of birth on his marker is 1858. However, when one takes a look at the 1945 Okaloosa Co. Fla. State Census, this child is listed as being 5 years old. This means he was born in about 1940. I don't know why someone would have placed the wrong date on the marker. He and his syblings would be second cousins of my Dad's.
PS> He was named after his grandfather, John Bryant Howell, buried at Goodhope Cemetery in Covington Co. Ala.
We have duplicate memorials for Ethel Jones Blake who is buried at Jones Memorial Gardens in Mitchellville, Maryland. She is my great aunt. Memorial Numbers 133254400 and 33526920. Please let me know if you want me to remove the one I posted - 133254400. Thanks.
