Donnie, I added a photo for Mrs. Crawford. There is a marker behind her headstone that shows the date of death. I submitted edits for the date and her middle name, which is Inez. I added you as a friend. We both live in Limestone County. If you ever want to team up and photograph a cemetery, let me know. Her memorial # is 67855704
|Mary Williams||Error on Page for Matthew H. Roberts|
On the find-a-grave memorial page for Matthew H. Roberts (http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GSln=roberts&GSfn=matthew&GSmn=h&GSbyrel=all&GSdyrel=all&GSob=n&GRid=76005502&df=all&), his son "John Fount Roberts" should now read "John Fount Roberts, Sr.". I have begun maintaining John Fount Roberts, Sr.'s memorial page, and "John Fount Roberts" is incorrectly showing up there as a sibling. Hopefully, adding the ",Sr." suffix to the son's name on the page for Matthew H. Roberts will eliminate this error.
John Fount Roberts, Sr. had a son named John Fount Roberts, Jr., and I will be creating a memorial page for him in the future.
Thanks for your help.

You are so right. According to family members I interviewed 1998-2000, the full name of the M. Edgar Meadows b. 1909 died 1986 was Morgan Edgar Meadows. He was named for his father Alfred Morgan Meadows whose obits and/or death notices appear below in which the son was referred to as Edgar:
Limestone During World War II, by Faye Axford, p.80
Limestone (Athens, AL) Democrat,: Morgan Meadows, 71, died in the Corinth community and was buried at Isoms Chapel. He was survived by his widow, Annie Isom Meadows, and five sons, Edgar, Luther, Lawrence, Arttis, and Relie; one daughter, Mrs. Jack Praytor; and several grandchildren.
Limestone (Athens, AL) Democrat, Feb. 10, 1944
Alfred Morgan Meadows, 71, died Saturday (Feb. 6) at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Jack Prater, after an illness of more than a year.
Funeral services were conducted by the pastor of Isom's Chapel Church and the remains were interred in the Isom's Chapel Cemetery Monday.
Although born in Tennessee, Mr. Meadow's parents moved to this county when he was a small child and he had resided here ever since.
He was a member of the Methodist church and had reared a large family of children of whom six boys and one daughter survive.
He is also survived by his widow, who was Mary Ann Isom, before her marriage.
Athens (AL) Limestone Democrat, February 10, 1944, p. 3
The many friends of Morgan Meadows will regret to hear of his death. He passed away Sun day after being in bad health for about a year. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Annie Isom Meadows, and five sons, Edgar, Luther, Lawrence, Arttis and Relie, and one daughter, Mrs. Jack Prayter, and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
