Walking cemeteries is time consuming and sometimes very difficult. Producing a good quality photograph can also be equally time consuming if you clean the stone with water or edit the photo in a computer program. Please follow genealogical guidelines and cite your sources.
We(Lori and I)Live in Meeker Colorado now. Traveling to West Virginia is no longer feasible, and living in Colorado makes it hard to get there. We have just started cemetery searches here in our area and have found some of the most interesting stones and cemeteries. After a long illness I have begun to start looking for stones again.

RE: B Largent
You're very welcome. Beard cemetery is located down a farm road, and nestled back in the woods. It's beautiful and heart wrenching at the same time. Most of the stones are missing, and many of the ones that remain are broken or badly weathered. I was happy to see his still intact and legible.

Sorry the stone is so degraded. I couldn't find most of the stones that were requested by find-a-grave but a lot of the stones in the cemetery are not readable. I

Thank for checking out the Kerns Cemetary in Critton Hollow. From what I understand is most of the graves there are unmarked, or marked only by a field stone or slate rock.

When a member has messages blocked, you can contact that member by clicking on NY of their active memorials and leaving a message that way. It is actually extremely simple and effective.

Michael, I wonder if you could contact Find A Grave and have them remove it?

Largent - Evergreen Cemetery

I found gravestones for William E and Emanuel. I can send them to you thru email, if that is okay?

The family stone - I loaded the picture under Ziphora, had no other writing except the last name. The other stones were in front of the family stone, but it looked like there was a stone missing - they were uneven with the family stone, if that makes sense.

According to records, all of these individuals were in Section 1: plot 23.
