|The data on most of my memorials are part of my maternal and paternal family side. Some from my husband's family side. I'll be glad to transfer any of non family memorials. To be accurate as possible any information, or corrections, additions on a relative, non family or friends feel free to contact me. Its not my intention ever to create any duplication on purpose. If updates are not as fast as you think should be done. Take into consideration to allow sufficient time, since I am only doing this on my spare time. Remember to have patience it will be done eventually. Rudeness combine with drama will be ignored. Have no interest nor desire to be the highest submitter or contributor. But to assist filling the gaps of data that someday will be beneficial to someones long lost love one to finally " come home. "|

|Robert Drexler||Nancy Carpenter Day|
Greetings from Pasadena, Maryland. I am researching Nancy Carpenter/Day to see if she is related to my wife through her Henry Family Line in Killingly Connecticut.
My research shows that a Nancy Henry married a Elisha Carpenter in 1828. I also noticed a Nancy Carpenter married a Charles Day in 1833 in Killingly Connecticut. I am wondering if your Nancy Carpenter/Day is the Nancy Henry I am looking for.
How sure are you that Nancy Carpenter Day is buried in the Old South Killingly Cemetery? I have located a Nancy Carpenter Day that is buried in the North Burial Grounds in Providence, Rhode Island. Could they be the same person?
Thanks for any help you can provide me in tracking down Nancy Henry.
|Roberta Decker||Duplicate entries|
Since my previous message, I've come across more duplicates - one will be in Deerfield Cem and one in Oak Grove. Perhaps one of you picked up the wrong cemetery when you did your entries. It's easy to do - I've done it myself. But rather than my sending you a message each time, you might contact "Dave" on 43783284 to see which one of you used an incorrect cemetery.
|Roberta Decker||Duplicate Aaron M. Decker?|
In looking for my ancestor, I saw 2 entries for Aaron M. Decker, same birth/death dates but different OH cemeteries. Memorial 43783283 has photos of the headstones. You might wish to check your cemetery. Would be a heck of a coincidence.
|Alice Morton||Hi Vivian|
I haven't seen or heard from you in soooo long. I do hope all is well with you. It has to be hard without Ross. My prayers go out to you..
|Chuck Wiseman||RE: Chauncey Dean|
Chauncey D. Dean married Margaret (Maggie) Mc Carty 10MAY1885. She was the daughter of Edward Mc Carty who was one of the earliest settlers to the Sand Creek area. They had 4 children, Florence, Carrie, Ella and Norman.
Chauncey is my great grandfather Charles H Dean's brother. His middle initial is Charles H and not Charles P.
Charles and Chauncey had adjoining farms.
My mother and father knew the family very well. My father grew up in Sand Creek.
Other corrections to the page:
Willis Henry Siler not Willies.
Helen Adella Lewis not Adele Lewis.
Clara Amellia Dean not Clara Amelia.
The Wisconsin Historical Society has a "Biographical Sketch" on Chauncey's father Lafayette Dean. They have Chauncey's name translated from the marriage record wrong. They have it as Chancy Deane instead of Chauncey Dean.
Thanks for the opportunity to offer corrections,
|Chuck Wiseman||Chauncey Dean|
Under Enos Dean in Oxford village cemetery it reads that Chauncey Dean married Margaret Cartwright. He actually married Margaret McCarty.
|Joyce Kennedy||Cecil and Lillie Henagan|
Cecil and Lillie Henagan also had a son Aubrey who married Mary Louise Donnelly in 1942 in New Hampshire.
Stopped by to say thinking of you ,hope all is well. ~A~

Hello, First, let me say thank you for all your contibutuions to Find A Grave. My primary research is the Day family. Horatio Day is buried in the Deerfield Cemetery in Portage County, OH The picture on Find A Grave is only postage stamp size and does not enlarge. It would be greatly appreciated if it could be reloaded. Do you by chance have a Lora Day in your tree? Born 1900-1912 or so.
