RE: Horace Wintersmith
Tim, I don't know anything about the Wintersmiths. My family there are the LaRues, a few of whom married in the Wintersmith family. That is interesting that a governor of Massachusetts is related to someone from E-town. Unfortunately, I'm not the person to dig that relationship out!

Yours, Mac

Address Ebenezer Cem
Hi Tim,
My name is Eric Randall(I live in SC). I am trying to get in touch with the Ebenezer Cemetery in Franklin Township (Indianapolis) IN. I think my gg grandfather is buried in an unmarked grave based on his death certificate. I noticed that you had a Find A Grave entry for Charles Moore, so you might be familiar with the cemetery. I know the cemetery is at the intersection of Edgewood Ave and Five Points Road, but I don't have an exact address. Would you know the address or who is the custodian of this cemetery? I tried going thru the property tax office, but they need an address. Hopefully if I can find the owners (custodian) of the cemetery, they might have a listing of all graves. Thanks a bunch for your time.

YDNA of Charles Moore/Hannah McWhinney line of County Down, No IRE
Hello Tim Moore- I have enjoyed seeing your findagrave Moore entries showing that many Moore lines of Indiana tie back to our pioneers from County Down, Northern Ireland. You are the first living Moore-surnamed male cousin I have ever encountered (online or in person) who carries the YDNA to define this branch--have you considered testing with in Houston TX and or doing the Genographic 2.0 deep SNP/ ancient ancestry test? Please do...I could assist you in the process as I have helped hundreds of men over the past 8 yrs... The Green Township Historical Society wrote in their recent newsletter that they had a Moore inquiry, which seems to also be from you. I have tried to add or link some of my own Moore line (Mary Richey Moore Garrison) and pictures to findagrave--so you may have noticed these. Thanks again for your Moore work! I did visit County Down, and The British Library, London, a few years ago and found a few clues on Muire (Moore) of Rowallen (I think this was the term-offhand)--of course I hoped that it could be our link across the ocean, but no, I did not resolve or confirm Charles Moore/Hannah McWhinney's ancient roots or ties. So hopefully you will decipher the riddles! DBardes
