Lydia Cemetery
Dear Casey,
Lydia Cemetery is located in Clinton, SC on Gary Street. From South Broad Street coming into town, you'll see McDonald's on the left and a Citgo on the right. Turn right onto Gary Street immediately past the Citgo.
The cemetery is located on the left side of the road right before the last house on Gary Street. It has the cement marker entrance, and the gravesites are a little farther down a dirt road.
The cemetery is difficult to find if you don't know where to look. (I got stuck in the mud in the area trying to find it!)
However, I will say that I do not think Mr. Rushing has his entries in the right cemetery, as I located one of the death certificates, and you can see all of the folks he's entered died in Darlington County, so I'm going to contact him to be sure. Have you heard of a Thornal Cemetery in Darlington? I don't think it's yet in the database.
Thanks for your message and for all your work on "Find A Grave"! I'm on your Facebook group, too!

Love,
Karen

Burris photos
Thanks for fulfilling my Burris photo request. Is there any way you can email me the original because I can't read the dates on the stone. I would appreciate it.

Thank you,
