Bio and Links
Bio Photo I've been interested in (obsessed with?) genealogy for over 15 years. For as much work as I've done on my family, there is much more to be done. We all have those lines for which there is endless information, but there are those lines where evidence proves conclusively they were dropped here by a spaceship and they're usually the people we crave to know more about.

This whole Find A Grave thing for me is a labor of love. It's one I enjoy and take seriously (although not too much so).

There are dynamic volunteers on this site that make this one of the most pleasurable experiences of my life, and, yes, there are others with their little power trips here. I laugh at every single one of them, especially the ones who do nothing more than put names and years on this website.

Reminder: Nobody "owns" anything on this website - Not the pictures they take nor the information they post (unless it is original information the creator researched and/or the pictures are coming from a family member or friend). Those memorials belong to the family members of the deceased. We volunteers are nothing more than conduits in getting that information to the people looking for it.

My sole reason for being here is to help people with their genealogy research. F. A. G. is just one of many ways to help people in their never ending search for their family, but I like to help in whatever way I can.

To think there are people who actually go to cemeteries every single day so they can post hundreds of names to the site every day with no other information just so no one else can do it is just sad. Same thing with the people who take crooked and far away pictures where you can't even read the information on the stone. My motto: Do it right or leave it to someone else who will do the job correctly.

My goal is quality not quantity. I aim to establish as complete a record of a person as possible on here provided the information is of the public record, and that especially consists of death notices and obituaries. If you don't want certain information out there, do NOT put it in a notice or obituary.

I cannot keep track of all of my memorials and I do the best I can to avoid duplicates. The information on here is only as good as the information available.

So ... please email me about duplicates, incorrect information, submit additional information about a person, request a transfer of a memorial, or request deletion of a memorial.

Mary Keating
Please remove the obituary you added to the virtual flower for Mary Keating. It is against find a grave policy. Please do not add these obituaries to any of my memorials in the future. In case you have forgotten, here is the find a grave rule referencing this issue:

How do I leave a flower/note for someone listed on Find A Grave?

Additionally, biographical information and obituaries are not to be included in a virtual flower.

Kensington Union (Old Brick)
Hello!. I've researched this Kensington Union Cemetery very much (aka West Street Burial Ground, etc etc). It was never known as "Old Brick." If You found a record that also included the name "Old Brick" that means that it is for the Union Harmony Burial Ground, which was part of the Hanover Burial Ground (three cemeteries in one). Old Brick owned Hanover, leased out two sections). You'll need to correct this.

Family Line
I found that you listed Anna Mucha on the Find A Grave website. I believe this is my great grandfather's sister (Frank A. Slachta). I am wondering what additional information you may have on Anna and her family line.

I am thankful for you sending me the information on My great grandfather John Toner. I entered it to his profile. I only regret that the orbit never mentioned my grandfather his wife or his 12 grandchildren. I'm sure there were money problem at that time in history. Again Thank you. Mary Jackiewicz Muller
