I love Genealogy and searching for the truth. The more information we can gather the better we can understand our past.
I have been collecting information on my family history as well as others who request my help for over 16 years. It is very important to back up your research with the proper sources and documentation.
RE: Notes & image documents Herman Kankey I am so sorry, I meant to say Hereman or Herman Husband. Hereman Husband is in my Kankey family as his mother was a Kankey. May I use the photo of the documents requested? And again, thank you for your documenting work. Waynette Davis
Notes & image documents Herman Kankey May I use the images of the doc of marriage for Herman Kankey and & Mary Pugh and the image of the documention for the marriage you posted on the Memorial you created for Herman Kankey. He is a cousin 6 x' removed of mine.I would like to post it to my Kankey Tree. Thank you for all your work and documentation Waynette Davis
RE: coincidence I've cut and pasted our conversation in to an e-mail to Jim Bennett,He is kind of luke warm on the subject, but if he is interested, maybe you can visit directly via e-mail.
At least I'm excited!!
Oh, in the process I re read your messages and see that your Coxes are probably Viking descendants, I was just a little confused there for a while.
I just accidentally deleted my self from the FTDNA Cox project, I think I rejoined ok but in the process I dropped out of line. If I hadn't said, my Cox line is sub group 092, the Cox and the Sanford that show John Cox as the relative are my 3d cousin and 1/2 brother respectively.
