on findagrave? did you receive my correction?

I am helping my nephew put together his family tree and we found that James Johnston is his 5th great grandfather. Would you mind if he uses the pictures that you have put on here for his research records?

Could you email me directly on this one. There is information I will need to know to add some of them to Findagrave.
Three of them, I do not know where they are buried.
I will be glad to add the rest of the family if you can give me enough information to do it.

Thank you for the warning. I would have never thought of that!

You're very welcome. They are my ancestors too so apparently we are related somehow!
Are you in Virginia? If not, I am going to Henry VA in April to visit family and tour the sites so let me know if you need any photos taken. I can't guarantee, since I'll be going around with family, but if I'm in the cemetery and can find what you need, I'm happy to do it.

Hello, Dannette. I'm still smiling from finding James' gravestone that you posted. I misspoke. He was my 4th great grandfather, although who's counting? Can you tell me which cemetery James' and Joice's stones are in? And, do you know what the W. stood for? I never knew that. Thank you. Patty

Welcome to Find a Grave. I'm so glad you became a recent volunteer because, thanks to you, I now have pictures of my 3rd great grandfather and Joice Wells Johnston, my 3rd great grandmother. I was accepted into DAR 4 years ago on his name. What a wonderful, wonderful surprise. I appreciate your efforts on behalf of strangers more than I can say. I'm going to give the info to my cousin in Bassett, who has given me tons of family info over the years. BTW, I've also been a volunteer for Find a Grave for a month.
