Memorial Image
Hi Marla,
My name is Douglas C. Johnson and I was wondering if I could have your permission to use your photograph of the graves of Donald "Don" Houck and Mable Houck (maiden name unknown) at Blue Eye Cemetery in Blue Eye, Stone County, Missouri on the FamilySearch Family Tree website. I would of course list it with full credit given to you for the use of the image.
Thank You,

Thank you SO much. Your picture is so much cleaner & clearer than the one I took about 6 weeks ago!! I saved yours to my my computer because it is so good. Thank you! Do you put chalk on the fronts & in the engraving to make it show up better? I need to make a run to Arkansas & try and get a better pic of my G.G. Grandfather's stone. You simply cannot read what it says in my photo. I need to research a temporary way to photograph them better.

Thank you again for the transfer and for your continuation on find a grave. These listing are priceless for those of us researching our family history.

Sincerely yours,

William E McGinnis
Hello Marla, long time no talk.I have a question on William E McGinnis. I see you are managing his memorial. Was he in the military. I see he has what appears to be a veteran marker by his gravestone and at the bottom there is a inscription that I can't make out. Looks like it says "But. R 5th F. A." Do you know what war and what unit he might have been in? I am in the process of entering pictures of gravestones on the site called Kansas Gravestones. I was asked to enter my pictures on this site. They make a special entry for veterans.
