RE: Wittenberger
Hi Diane, I created a memorial for Herman, and found a little more info on the family. According to the 1900 census (and other documents), he was born in May 1853, but the stone reads 1851. That same census shows his wife's name as Antonia, so I added it as a nickname to her memorial. If you could upload the photo to his memorial, that would be great. Otherwise, I can take a copy of what you uploaded to her memorial and upload it myself. Thanks for taking the photo!

RE: Wittenberger
It's the same person. I have her obituary that was published in a San Francisco newspaper that shows her name as Antoinette, wife of the late Herman Wittenberger. Please upload the photo of the grave, but I'd like your opinion as to whether to amend the listing or not. I uploaded the obit to her memorial page, as all the folks mentioned are long gone.

Question About Herman Wachter
Hello Diane- My family has taken an interest in genealogy and in the process of trying to find some of the locations of our relatives graves, I found this site.

There is a reference on our great uncle and aunt's cemetery listing (Herman and Rose Wachter in COlma CA) that you added them and a picture of their headstone in 2011. We are interested in what your connection is to them and if you might be able to fill in some additional blanks we have about the family.
Thank you!

Gustav Stahl
It appears someone has administrative control of the Home of Eternity Cemetery where Gustav is, I found information in the bio done in a way I would never do and I always check dates to make sure they jive. I have removed the link to the wrong mother, thanks for the heads up Diane.

Just wondering how long Find A Grave will take to update your sponsorship. I removed as "Tokens", & tried the photo again...I get this message "Disabled Link, Find A Grave has determined that we don't need any additional photos for this memorial."
