I am of Mother of 3 young adults. I have always enjoyed genealogy but now I am addicted. I get the bug from my mom who started with just her family and has over 15,000 names and the sources to back it up. I got interested in findagrave from a friend. But saw not only the benefit to genealogy but when I live away from where I grew up it meant a lot to be able to go online and pay my respects to my family who have died. The 1st night we were all in Montana at a reunion together we (all 26 of us) went and decorated my grandparents, great-grand-parents, great-aunt, a nephew, parents of a sister-in-law and my 2 brothers graves. They are all on findagrave now and even though I live back home I can get online and see them, their families and my ancestors.|
If I have a direct ancestor of yours I would be glad to transfer it to you IF it is not also in my direct line. Also any pictures I have on my memorials you may use.
I HAVE TRIED TO GIVE CREDIT WHERE IT IS DUE, BUT IF I DIDN'T PLEASE DON'T TAKE OFFENSE IT WAS NOT INTENTIONAL.PLEASE GENTLY REMIND ME AND I WILL ADD YOUR NAME UNDER CAPTIONS GIVING YOU FULL CREDIT.
It takes all of us to accomplish this great work. Nothing I do is with evil intentions. If I have offended you please accept my sincerest apology.
Your internet cousin, Renae

Not sure what you are talking about? She is linked to her first husband, Perry Abraham Burgess.
|Dorothea||Birth date correct?|
Anne Marie "Mariah" Poulson Marker
Birth: Jun. 9, 1826, Denmark
Death: Jan. 11, 1879
I would like to know if the birth date source is in the cemetery information. I found Anne Poulson's birth record in Denmark: born 22 July 1821 in Visborg, Hindstead, Aalborg, Denmark.
Thank you, Dorothea

There is two different gravesites added for Reason Rainwater. Both show correct dob and dod but they show in two different cemeteries. I am wondering which place is correct. One says Mt Ida,in Montgomery county, the other says Aly, in Yell County. Thanks for any help you can give. He is my Greatgrandfather and I am planning to visit the grave site. Thanks, Teresa

It seems you may have interest in John V. Bruder.
Was at Saint Anthony`s in Lancaster, Pa. today. Took photos of 5 Bruder memorial stones there. Posted. Hope it helps.

BTW there is a way to cancel an edit request if you've made a mistake. First you click on the edit tab on your member page. Then select "Edits I sent that are pending" in the Display box. You can then scroll down to the edit you are looking for. There is an X in the upper right corner of the edit that will remove the edit request.
I've had to use that a few times when right after I made a request, I said $#@@%! That's not what I wanted to do. :)

You have Martha buried in the Spencer Cemetery, in the town of Maryland, Otsego County, NY. There has been quite a bit of discussion about the two Spencer cemeteries in Otsego County. Jonathan and Martha are actually buried in the Spencer Cemetery in the Town of Unadilla in Otsego County--not the town of Maryland. I'm afraid that I helped add to the original confusion when I confused the two cemeteries and added info to the wrong one. We have done a lot of work in the cemetery in the town of Unadilla, and I have visited it many times. Thanks for the interest in my 5th great-grandparents.
