Bio Photo I have been working on my famiy genealogy for over 50 years, and worked in the LDS Family History Center for 30 years. I have visited many cemeteries over the years, and taken quite a few tombstone pictures. I will be glad to transfer to you any memorials that belong to your family, and I am happy to accept correction suggestions so my memorials are as accurate and complete as possible.

Dora Edwards - memorial #57254228
Hi Jessie,
I thought you might be able to help me with a little confusion.
newrivernotes.com lists the following:

In the Worrell Cemetery:
EDWARDS, Dora F. 16 Apr 1860 18 Feb 1925 Shared stone with next; Dora Florence; d/o Jefferson Edwards & Elizabeth Jane Bird

In the Independence Cemetery:
BUNN, Dora Ann 30 Mar 1862 24 Apr 1932 Shared stone with next; d/o Jefferson Edwards & Elizabeth Bird; w/o William Floyd Bunn

I don't think it's very likely that Jefferson and Elizabeth had two daughters named Dora. I highly suspect that the information you have on your memorial and on New River Notes for the Worrell Cemetery is correct.

Do you have any thoughts as to who the parents may be for the other "Dora" in the Independence Cemetery? She has Find A Grave memorial (#29828858) but it lists no parents.

Thanks for any help you may have in clearing this confusion up for me. I've run across MANY of your memorials and I think you do everything humanly possible to have correct information.
Thanks again,
Susan

Elisabeth Kapp
I added your information, added her maiden name and changed the death date that is difficult to read.

Thank you for sending me this,

RE: Alice Greenwood Spease
Thanks for letting me know about the duplicates. I have deleted all but 1. May I ask if you are related to my Aunt Alice?
Thanks, Suzanne

Dates of Parents/daughter - Westmoreland/Carmichael
Hi Jesse,
I was searching for information about Sarah Westmoreland Carmichael when I came upon your Find-a-grave entry. One question, you have Sarah's parents listed as Alexander Westmoreland 1745 - 1798 and Sarah Taylor 1744 - 1793 but Sarah Westmoreland isn't born until 1800. Could she possibly be the daughter of Alexander Westmoreland, son of Alexander Westmoreland or could the death dates for her parents be wrong? Any insight you could give me would be most appreciated. Thanks.

RE: Oscar and Minnie Speas
Hi, yes you did answer me (a long time ago) and yes, you did look at the photo I had which you did not see a resemblence. I'm still in the dark as to the identity of the photo. Thanks for your input.
