Thanks to the many distant cousins and fellow "find a gravers" for helping me research my extended family. I've been working for a couple of years to identify the first 7 generations of the Johannes Hunsaker family tree. In the process, I've met many, many great relatives and greatly appreciate the unsung heroes who help document the millions of graves on Find a Grave.|
I enjoy hooking up and sharing information with any cousin - no matter how distant we are. I willingly will share my GEDCOM and other files for anyone who desires. Any pictures I have taken may be used by anyone without asking permission nor do I need credit for anything I contribute to your memorials.

Thank you for the correction. I added a child and then forgot to go back to the BIO and make the number change. Appreciate your kind help.
Have a blessed day.

They are not online. I went to the library & checked the cemetery books & obituaries.

The Edgar County Genealogy Library is able to locate anyone buried in Edgar County if they have a tombstone. I am librarian there and we will do a search for $5 and .25 for any copies needed. If you have a large list of people to search for we will bill you accordingly. Let me know if I can help you.

Chad, my sincere apologies for getting these transferred to you so late. My daughter was hospitalized during this time and I fell very far behind on my mail. Sorry again, but they're all yours!

As a project of the Genealogical Society of Craighead County Arkansas the death notices published in the following newspaper (published in Osceola, Mississippi Co., AR) are being transcribed. Since you maintain the memorial for this person we thought you might like to have a copy of the death notice.
The Osceola Times, Friday, 9 August 1935, page 1.
H. M. Crockett died at the home of his son, Fred Crockett, near Keiser Wednesday afternoon supposedly from a complication of ailments and following a congestive chill during the preceding night.
The body was taken to the old home, Maynard, Arkansas where funeral services were conducted by Rev. W. A. Goodwin, pastor of the Christian church and interment made in the Maynard Cemetery where two of his children, daughters, rest.
Mr. Crockett was 74 years old and had been in poor health for some time, suffering from malaria and kidney trouble. He is survived by his wife and four sons, Fred and Russell, both of Osceola, Clovis of Wilson and D. R. of Pocahontas.

I believe so. I would have to go back and look at my photo, but that sounds right. I just took the photo because I knew you were interested in Hunsaker.

I will be looking through old newspapers in the next few months-weeks and will see if I can come upon anything regarding Warren.
Also, noted a Hunsaker buried in the Lafayette Cemetery near Brock, NE last week while out taking F.A.G. photos. Noticed it because of your query and also because it is not a common name in this area. Will email it to you if you would like to investigate it.
Something that you could do to help find Warren is to request a death certificate from the NE Bureau of Vital Statistics. Of course, they charge for their services! I believe that anyone can get a death certificate for someone who has been dead for 75 years. This info might also be available through the NE State Historical Society, but I don't know. Check both websites for details.
